Doi is the sister restaurant to Khoe. Where Khoe offers up amazing vegan Vietnamese rice noodle bowls, Doi has a variety of banh mis and baos - all vegan too of course.I ordered a sampling of banh mis and baos for me and my partner to enjoy: chick’n banh mi and bao, tofu banh mi, and shroom bao.Everything was fresh and tasty, and of the same great portions and quality I’ve come to expect from Khoe.I highly recommend everyone orders regularly from here, even your omni friends will enjoy it!My only “complaint”? I’d love to be able to order from both restaurants / menus at once so that I don’t have to pay double the Uber eats service and delivery fees. I’m not quite sure why they are operating as two different entities, but I’m sure there must be a good reason for them. Just sucks a bit for me for my future orders :)Keep up the great work team!

You have to eat here!! Even non-vegans would love it, but finding really, really good vegan food at decent portions and fair prices is such a rare beast!Definitely get the spring rolls with your bao - finally a big crispy vegan roll! I ordered a lot: the vegan spring rolls, two bao (chick'n was my fave but the oyster was delicious too), and a banh mi, just in case anything wasn't great or satisfying. But now I'm stuffed with bao, looking at this banh mi the size of my forearm, wondering why I've never ordered from here before. A more restrained person or lighter eater could definitely get lunch for under $20.Forgot to take photos because I was famished and just living my best life in the moment. 10/10 will order again. Thanks Doi!!

I honestly can’t get over how good the food is from Doi. The baos are incredible - pillowy, flavourful and generous (you HAVE to get the crispy mushroom bao) and the banh mi are just as good.I am making my way through their whole menu and everything has been amazing, I will keep going back for more. 10/10! This is an epic addition to the Vancouver plant based scene

This was a great way to enjoy my quarantine. Discovered this joint on Uber eats, and am pleasantly surprised. It's a nice change from CHAU veggie , my fave vegan Vietnamese spot. The take out was stacked nicely in compostable containers. I ordered the chilli lime lemongrass broth and noodles with oyster & shiitake mushrooms.I will say it's light and clean tasting although, not as flavourful as CHAU. It was a nice change from my go-to. The salad rolls were bland, and needs something extra for flavour because it's so tasteless. The filling is Tofu, noodles, lettuce and basil easily dippable in the sweet peanut sauce. However, It desperately needed something else to give it some texture, like--mango. The spring rolls were pretty awesome, no complaints there. Nice balance with the vegan fish sauce. I will definitely order some other dishes another time because it was enjoyable. The portion sizes were decent, I couldn't even finish it. Ordered through Uber eats and it took 45 minutes.
