September means apple season, and we've whipped up a goodie for you, compliments of the Grippo's! An apple pie gelato using apples from Nonno Ted's giardino and Nonna Susan's pie recipe, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and layered with a #MafiaMade dough crumble. (Disclaimer: Nonno's garden may not be able to keep up with demand, so we most likely will be supplementing them with organic apples from Discovery Organics).

Cinnamon Bun

We've been wanting to make this flavour for a while now, and we're so happy that we did! Cinnamon cream cheese gelato, swirls of cinnamon honey icing, and chunks of #MafiaMade cinnamon buns.

Ginger Poached Pear (V)

Poached Perfection! We've cooked organic d'anjou pears in a poaching liquid of oranges, sugar, ginger, and rum, and then blended them into our creamy cashew mylk base.

Our NEW pistachio gelato. Why are we messing with a good thing? Because now it's even better! I used to go all the time before the fire. Would drive from North Van. Now they are closed... but open in North Van. Go more often than I would care to admit. LOL. The Gelato is Amazing!
