Dominos on Dunbar , Vancouver. I tried to redeem pints and got a message that it couldn’t be done online. That a store visit was necessary. As soon as I stepped in the store the online was working. When I ordered and redeemed some Points by mistake I sent the order to the wrong store. The guys inside were so cool. He immediately made up the order then helped me unravel the mess I had created. Got it all sorted and made the absolute best cheesy bread. Just a class act in customer service that is truly hard to come by now days. The absolute best dominoes hands down. I have never had less than excellent food and or service here. Kudos and thank you.

Stopped in at the dunbar location and went to grab a hot and fresh pizza... but the girl said she would have to make it for me? Quite sad that I was unable to enjoy a pizza today, as they did not have any hot and fresh available.

I picked up a cheesy bread and ten minutes into my walk home I noticed it was never cut. I called back to ask why it wasn’t cut as I wanted a piece on my walk. The worker goes “we don’t cut the cheesy bread that’s something we’ve never done before”. Every single time I’ve ordered dominos cheesy bread it comes cut. How do they expect me to dip a giant piece of bread into a small marinara sauce container that they literally provide. I was just looking for an apology or something like “I’m sorry if you bring it back I can cut it for you”. I used to work at a pizza place and that is no way you treat a customer. And obviously the bread is supposed to be cut!!!!

On a recent delivery order, I totally messed up on Uber app and removed all toppings instead of adding what I wanted (low blood sugar please forgive me). Instead of following the order blindly, this store took the time out to call me and reconfirm - and 100% made my dinner and day as I otherwise would be munching on bread and sauce! THANK YOU SO MUCH we will definitely be coming back!
