It's really like rolling the dice. Sometimes I've had good pizza... sometimes aweful. Honestly, most the time it's their lack of decent delivery drivers. I have had pizzas delivered almost taking an hour and cold, box completely crushed and pizza destroyed. Also unfortunate that my address won't let me order from another Domino's... has to be this one.I have included picture examples. It has been frequent enough that I managed to find a new pizza place! The only nice thing is the management is reasonable enough to send you another pizza... if you don't mind waiting hours to eat.

Your location on granville street is a disaster. Your staff is rude (on the phone) and incompetent. Most of the time, your delivery people are forgetting an order (dipping sauce) or go to the wrong delivery address .. Your training or hiring process is questionable. Regards. J.

I mean...you really do get what you pay for..don't you!I think it's silly to pay $30 for a pizza. It's bread and cheese with a few pieces of pepperoni at most. Places like Dominos, Pizza Hut and Panago give you the cheaper option...clearly. But, there was a time....believe it or not.....their lower price point wasn't at the cost of the quality of the pie. That's why I'm not gonna let this one slide...here it is.....The Deluxe Pizza.The only way this pizza was a "Deluxe" was if it was going through a crack/cocaine withdrawal....and that was after two rounds of failed rehab.Lacking....miserable....desperate. Enough said. (see pic.)The Hot Wings.I liked the packaging. Still hot when it arrived.It wasn't Hot Wings. It tasted more sweet and because of the amount of excess fat...the wings tasted like sweet fat (sorry to have given you that sensory), but that's what it was.That's about it.So yeah....among the mainstream pizza joints...Domino's is out.Pizza Hut. You're next.
Parking: I screwed up and had my phone number off by one digit. The driver still found my residence and even though the elevator was not working delivered my order by climbing five (5) flights of stairs! Amazing eh?! On top of that the delivery and my residence is on Water street in Gastown. No parking space. Granville store you are the BEST.....Thank you.....
I order from Domino's very regularly, I find it to be very consistent in the food quality and it's preparation.

Went here with a couple of friends.We all agreed that they definitely need one of those service bellhop balls.But I would most definitely find myself coming here again because it was so effing great!
