I had a very frustrating experience with an online order here. I arrived for pickup only to find my order had been cancelled.
Staff explained that they call to confirm all orders and cancel if there is no answer. While I understand this for large or unusual orders, mine was only two pizzas.
Furthermore, I checked my call logs and spam folder, no call was ever placed to my number (which I verified matched my order confirmation).
It’s a disappointing that online orders aren't being executed correctly at this location.

Honestly everytime I come here (maybe once a month) it’s really good everytime. Yeah it’s just dominos, but the attention to detail is really good. This location is run well imo and the staff are great. They deserve a raise.

We've bought pizza here a couple of times with zero issues, but the most recent time we arrived to pick up our pizza and were surprised to be told that it wasn't ready yet. But then they gave us a free pizza because they said that they had forgotten one part of the pizza we had ordered and had to remake it. We honestly couldn't even tell the difference between the two pizzas, but we appreciate them going above and beyond in their service. Thank you, Dominoes team!

We ordered half and half pizza.I ordered Pacific veg but toppings were missing. Never had this issue before from Imperial street outlet which is my go to place. Manager addressed the situation very well. Thank you!

We ordered 4 toppings pizza but the total amount of 4 toppings doesn’t even equal to 1 topping. We used magnifier to see philly steaks but no luck even though we paid extra for it. We basically ate bread with tomato sauce and cheese. Never going to this store again.

They forgot the garlic herbs shaker on my daughter's pizza, which is unfortunate because they forgot the last time too. I even called to remind them. They just didn't listen again. It's my daughter's birthday too 😕
