Great pizza shop. I once received stuffed cheesy bread but with no cheese and the manager happily added a free one to my account with no hassle to my next order. You also can’t beat the prices, especially when grocery store frozen pizzas are around the same price.

This location has amazing customer service!!! 10/10 everyone is super courteous and made sure our pizza was perfect. They even called back after delivery to make sure our order was to our satisfaction. Thank you Bebita and her team for all your hard work. You are appreciated!

Our 24/7 Crisis Centre is a short walk away from the East Broadway Vcr location - I purchase bulk orders to reward our staff and volunteers for the work they do - alway a takeaway that is hot on site and very well received no matter the flavour profile.

love Dominos, order pretty much weekly, but this location has been the worst: generally very little toppings, feels as though you need to order extra to get the normal amount.Couple times, the pizza also tasted kinda undercooked? Duno how that's even possible with their oven setup, but yeah. Drive a bit further and order from another location, for your own sake

One of the female managers at this location is super nice……but unfortunately this location has a bad habit of giving very little cheese/toppings. Maybe that’s the way Dominoes is making all their franchisees do things now. Whatever the reason….it’s pushing customers away. I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed it. Complaints are all over the internet. The thing that’s really making me write this 1 star review tho is that I literally caught my delivery driver hanging out in Kingsgate mall on the way to deliver my order. He didn’t realize I could see his location on the order tracker and after he was in the mall for 10 minutes I knew he wasn’t dropping off an order……so I called the dominoes and told them their driver is in the mall…..low and behold 1 minute after I hang up (they obviously called him and asked him what he was doing) his location on the order tracker moves out of the mall and travels 10 seconds down the road and he finally delivered my pizza. I live literally 2 minutes from the East Broadway location and he delivered my pizza 30 minutes after it was made….at 3pm on a weekday with no other orders. He got no tip. So glad I didn’t pre-pay!.All this prepaying for orders and tipping the driver beforehand is making delivery drivers not care about good service.I hope the really nice female manager who works there sees this and changes some things up and makes sure all the drivers are not messing around.

I have been a loyal Domos customer since 1996. I’ve eaten there more than probably the 2nd 3rd most visited places combined. Rarely has there been an error, and when the rare mistake was made, they were quick to fix. I recently moved to Vancouver from Victoria and there was an error on my last order. They said to mention that when I order next. Unfortunately, I don’t anticipate ever moving back there. In nearly 30 years this is the 3rd time where I’ve moved before having the error fixed. Never before has it been an issue. Nearly 30 years of dedicated patronage, constant first hand recommendations, and even so far as to outright refuse to go anywhere else. I completely understand that VancndndDifferent owners, and so on. But there was a time that customer satisfaction was important. And there was a time that a franchise owner believed you when you made claim as to how frequent of a client you are. There was a time that even if that wasn’t the case a businessperson with high a 6 or low 7 figure income felt that a customer’s happiness, at the end of the day, was more important than a $10 profit. There was also a time where I didn’t find myself knowing without doubt that I hadn’t been outright lied to multiple times in a 20 minute conversation. AND there was a time that a 20 min conversation only took 10 minutes because you weren’t repeatedly interrupted to talk to someone else and you also didn’t have to repeat yourself/ask for clarification because the manager you’re speaking to’s English is worse than my Latin (I don’t speak Latin). Thanks Justin. Thanks for making owning their own business easier than owning a new car will be for most of us. Product and service quality consistently declines. Unqualified employees are filling the work force because of wage subsidies. And my list could go on and on. Please don’t misunderstand me, as I am not racist. This is exactly how I would expect to be treated if I were a guest in their country. But doesn’t anyone else feel as though that’s becoming the issue? We are following their rules and standards. Any store I shop in I hear less and less English by the day. More and more all of the time I am feeling as though I am a victim of racism in the country I was born. A country I no longer recognize. And let’s not for a single moment kid ourselves into not believing that the forest fires, the flooding, the horrific decline of many various species aren’t all completely connected directly to gross mass overpopulation at rates our country cannot sustain.

I bought the large pizza it was burn and there wasn't enough cheese.Just waste of money .The pizza was so bad to be honest Domino's this location even don't deserve one star. One more thing before you buy even small size pizza give them a good tip they might make it good.
