For a Mexican restaurant, this place is definitely not my shot of tequila. The flavors are so mild, I’m wondering if the seasoning got lost on its way to the kitchen. The quesabirrias are okay-ish, but the rest of the menu? About as authentic as a taco from a gas station in the middle of nowhere. And the staff? Rushing us to eat like we were contestants on a speed-eating show because they wanted to close up. Funny thing is, the food took longer to come out than we did to finish...

We ordered the cheesy choriqueso and the fiesta platter to share between two. I’d say the portion is just right to feed two very hungry adults. The flavour was great and the service was good. The happy hour menu seems to be quite popular with the Commercial crowd too. The place is vibrantly decorated. Will definitely visit again.

Love how they start you off with complimentary tortilla chips and salsa while you peruse the menu. Would recommend their beef chimichanga which was crispy on the outside with soft meaty filling on the inside and the chicken enchiladas. Both entrees came with a good serving of rice and beans. The food was good. The decor is nice too and the service was great. The agua de Jamaica was good but avoid the horchata, it tasted a bit strange and didn’t have fresh rice flavour in my...
