The only one guy that works here is cold and doesn’t serve with warmth. You feel like, you are begging them food!! bad communication, lack of customer service. I invited three different people from different cultures for dinner and all claimed the same feeling.

Serving size is tiny now. They're barely putting any protein in the donair now. First time I've ever eaten 2(!) chicken donair and still felt hungry. Ridiculous. I've ordered 100+ times but they just lost me as a customer.
My experience at Donair Dude was highly disappointing and left me feeling scammed. The Food: I ordered a Regular Donair chicken and it was terrible value. The meat was dry, the portion size was noticeably small, and it tasted like it had been sitting in a steam tray. It was certainly not worth the price of a standard donair. The Overcharge/Billing Issue: The most concerning part was at the register. I was charged the price for a Large Donair, despite specifically ordering the Regular size and receiving what was clearly a Regular portion. When I asked for the receipt to confirm the overcharge, they gave me a receipt that falsely listed a 'Large Donair' to justify the higher price I paid.

We stopped by Donair Dude after a nearly 20 hour shift on the job and it hit the spot like nothing else. A warm inviting little shop accompanied by friendly staff and delicious food. Not much else needs to be said.
