I tried this place out years ago and was not impressed. I noticed that they remodelled and had some positive reviews so looked forward to giving it another go and hopefully find a decent donair place in the area. Sadly it was again not very good. The chicken was okay but the salad was bland and the hummus was really terrible. The service was friendly enough. Would suggest checking out Rayhan on 16th and Oak for excellent quality donairs and plates for the same price.

Awful. Just go out of business already and give someone decent a chance.

Pretty bad service as the people behind the counter are super slow and a bit self obsessed

"Under Azim's new ownership, this donair spot has truly elevated its game! The flavors are bold and authentic, and the service is consistently top-notch. From the juicy meat to the fresh toppings, every bite is a delight. Highly recommend giving it a try!"

Not Impressed with Donair SpotI went to Donair Spot expecting a tasty meal, but it was a big letdown. The service was slow, and the staff didn't seem to care much. Now, let's talk about the donair—it was dry and bland, with not enough toppings or flavor. The place wasn't clean, and the uncomfortable seating didn't help. Plus, it was way too pricey for what they offered. I wouldn't recommend Donair Spot to anyone; you can find better options elsewhere. Save your time and money.

I had high hopes for Donair Spot, but sadly, it failed to meet even the lowest of expectations. My experience was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe.First off, let's talk about the ambiance - or lack thereof. The place resembled a dingy back alley joint rather than a reputable eatery. The decor was outdated and uninviting, making me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Now, onto the food. I ordered their signature donair, expecting a burst of flavor and authenticity. Instead, what I got was a soggy mess of mystery meat drenched in some questionable sauce. The meat tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the toppings were sparse and uninspired. It was a sad excuse for a donair. To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. My order took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and unappetizing.Overall, my experience at Donair Spot was a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this culinary catastrophe.

This restaurant is stunning now!!! There are new owners with a new management team, who renovated the place and it looks much cleaner with a better atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The workers were also very friendly with a positive manner. I highly recommend.

Really good food! Me and my children ordered the Lamb Platter and the Lebanese Wrap and they all were really delicious! The owner was really nice and accommodating, and even let us try some falafels! Definitely coming here again in the future!

Chicken was stale but the worst part was that there were a lot of flies in the restaurant. Employee got mad when I mentioned all the bugs flying around. I will never eat here

We used to order from here all the time. We called to order two chicken wraps and two beef platters around lunch time today. After we picked up the order and brought them home, we found that they did not give us any pita bread for the beef platters. We called them to find out why. They said we did not asked for it. The pita bread was always included in the beef platter meal. We were not able to file a complain to the owners as they were not in the store. We really hope the owner can see this and provide some proper training to their employee. If they forgot to give customer the pita bread, they should just say sorry instead of blame the customer.
