The food was excellent, and I'm not sure why the ratings are low. It might be because it's not as suitable for dining in, but it's great for takeout. The promotions and variety of options are great. The portions are large, balanced, and flavorful. There are also plenty of vegetarian options available. I strongly recommend this place, especially if you're a fan of kebabs and donairs like we are!

I've gone here a few times and the staff always act like it is an inconvenience that they have customers. Today I also found a hair in my greek salad. I won't be returning.

I went here today and was surprised at the amount of low scores this place has online, I found it to be excellent. The chicken wrap with the toppings I chose were delicious and the lady who helped with the order was super nice. From the reviews I heard they seem to price the medium size as the large price, but I chose large already so personally I don’t have any experience with the problem.

TLDR the food is good

Food is ok. Upcharged me for large size when I ordered regular (specified twice). Based on other reviews, looks like they do this upcharging regularly.

Worst Shawerma ever! And most of it fell from the sandwich in the paper bag due to poor wrapping

Very rude staff. Food is very low quality and small portions. They will very literally serve you old food microwaved up, sneaky pricing. No idea how they have stayed in business.

They will often try to sneakily charge you for the large size even if you ordered the regular size. Make sure to double check the price before paying!

Otherwise, great value for money and the chicken shawarma is pretty good. The fried potatoes are the best side dish.

$15 for a cold lamb donair that is 80% veggies and a can of pop. The veggies don't even taste good

Price quality!!! We ordered döner. The portions are large and the price is 13 dollars. If you take into account the taste, then I have eaten something tastier, but taking into account the price and size, I can safely recommend it!!!

Fresh and tasty! Don't miss the fried potatoes, crispy on the outside and soft inside.

Very disappointing experience, and I was excited to try a new donair place too.The cold, dry donair meat is scooped from a tray at the front and the hummus was very watery. They were also extremely light on garlic and hot sauce. There are much much better options for donairs at this price (around $20 for a plate), problem is those options are off campus.

Located in the basement food court at the Village, first store on the right as you enter. Generous portions, good taste, the potatoes are amazing. Best choice in the food court.
