Great coffee options, delectable briscotti, and pistachio gelato is my favourite!

Great espresso and the pastries are fresh, delish and not too sweet. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My only gripe is the music. I wish it was a soft piano or jazz or Italian, instead of top 30 pop. Have been 4x.

If they were Italian, they would know they spelled Sorriso wrong

Lovely gelato! Stayed in a nearby hotel but didn't spot D'oro until a couple of days in, after which we went back each day to try as many flavours as we could. They were all delicious! Lovely friendly staff too.

Twice I came to the store and twice I was ignored in front of the cash register to order. Other people walked in and got immediate service. Staff need to be more aware. I walked out both times feeling completely disrespected.

We went there for having an ice cream after dinner. Very good atmosphere. We tried the Hazelnut and Biscuits Gelato’s which are really delicious. The only concern we had was the price of each scoop. Regarding the size of the portion it can be a little bit cheaper!

Great service by the trainee Saturday night around 9:55pm I forgot to ask his name but I did ask him where he was from and it was Indonesia! He was so kind and polite, let us taste test and gave us his recommendations. My sisters and I enjoyed kinder Beuno gelatos and will come back again! :)

My favourite gelato in Vancouver! I've brought family and friends here and wouldn't change anything about the experiences. Overall, I've tried the cheesecake, pistachio, coffee, Ferraro, and Kinder flavours and each tastes so well defined and creamy. For pairing I would suggest the cheesecake and pistachio together as when the cheesecake slowly starts to melt it blends in with a perfect antagonistic pairing of flavours. For a single flavour however, the Ferraro is my top choice (I had to edit this review to address this and I can just taste how smooth its chocolate texture cuts through my thoughts).

The staff are very inviting and helpful in choosing parings for flavours. They're not at all reluctant to letting you test a flavour and always treat their customers with respect.

On my next trip I'll definitely be trying their selection of coffee!

Rude staff. There was some kind of altercation with a customer ahead of us in line with the staff a few years ago and it got pretty heated and loud. When it was my turn to pay I confronted the staff why a paying customer like me is exposed to such incidents in their store? No idea the context but they disturbed the peace plus expected a tip?! I don’t care who started it but useless staff were all rude. Owner is probably rude too. Don’t go here unless you want a toxic, rude experience.

This place has the most incredible dessert on the menu. The D’oro inspired dubai chocolate is the only reason why I come here. Definitely recommend trying this dessert! Espresso is also great 😀
