Dos Amigos Tex-Mex Food Truck & Catering

This is ok for Tex-mex food, but it is not Mexican food. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and flavours, look elsewhere, there is a difference. Moreover, the design on the side of the truck looks outdated, and highkey inappropriate. As a Mexican, I cringe whenever I walk past this truck and see how differently the white man and the Mexican man are portrayed. Why is the Mexican so short compared to the white guy? It is a stereotypical portrayal, it is ok to want to exhibit culture, but this is not the way to do it.

Had these guys cater a school event for us. Top notch service and they moved through the line quickly. Really appreciated that they did a few simple special menu items like chicken nuggets and cheese quesadillas for kids. Would definitely book again!

Saw these guys at a prewedding event. I was impressed how much food was coming out of the truck. Everybody around me was ordering food and it looked great. I finally had the pulled pork tacos and it tasted great!

Absolutely terrible birria tacos. Worst of the 10 or so I've tried around the lower mainland by a huge margin. They were beef mayo sauce and tomato????? No onion no cilantro seemingly no cheese??? Even the consume only had tomatoes floating in it... Where is the cilantro and onion? Honestly truly terrible. Walk out of the Golden Spike days 2 minutes and go to taps and tacos instead.

We indulged in the most mouthwatering Baja Fries with succulent Pulled Pork from the vibrant Dos Amigos Food Truck nestled in the heart of Town Centre Park. These delectable fries were generously topped with ripe tomatoes, crisp red onions, spicy jalapeños, and piping hot, fresh fries. The team manning the food truck exuded warmth and charm, making our experience even more delightful. Without a doubt, I am already looking forward to returning to savor more of their tantalizing offerings.

Honestly. Best chicken tacos I have ever had. And I'm a huge taco guy. Good work to the crew at the greater Vancouver food truck festival 2024.

These guys really know how to make your taste buds tingle with their flavourful menu. The staff is very friendly and quick with the orders. Finally they've opened up a restaurant and I can't wait to dine in! Congrats Dos Amigos!!!

We had Dos Amigos come to our home for an event last Saturday. From my initial conversations with Dolten, I had a feeling we had a great fit and I was right. His team was on time, friendly, well organized and the food was plenty and delicious! Im looking forward to hiring these guys again, i highly recommend them for any event you have planned. They really made our event fabulous.
