Fast service despite Monday being incredibly busy due to their dosa deal.
dosa menu has excellent variety and all of the dosa on their regular menu are included in the Monday dosa deal for 7.99 with a single serving of rasmalai. For to go orders, the dessert is gulab jamun.
Gluten-free and plenty of veggie options.
Amazing value and portion size.

Came here on a Saturday evening after receiving a recommendation from a coworker. When we walked in, it wasn’t too busy, so we got to sit down right away. The seating arrangement is almost entirely set up to seat tables of 4 or more. We ordered a Mango Lassi, Mixed Seafood, and Butter Chicken Dosa.
The Lassi was not bad, but not exceptional. Just a pretty standard Mango Lassi.
The Mixed Seafood Dosa was also not bad. It won’t blow you away, but it was still okay. They added quite a bit of seafood, which was nice & the flavour was good, but very basic.
That being said, the Butter Chicken Dosa was definitely the highlight! It was definitely one of the better butter chickens that I’ve had. It had beautiful warm spices & a very authentic taste. I didn’t expect it to taste so good, and I’d definitely recommend this one! If we come back, I will probably try the butter chicken curry dish!
Overall, 6.9/10. The food was a 7.4 which isn’t bad, but the atmosphere wasn’t really good (no music, poor set up, not great decor) and the server nearly charged us for food we didn’t get.

I ordered Virudhunagar Poricha Parotta and it was absolute shit. I just threw it in the trash. Anyone reading this review thinking of trying this restaurant avoid it. Total waste of money. I still feel nauseous from eating it. I don’t know if it’s the excessive butter they had or oil, but it’s disgusting. Most Indian restaurants in Canada and the USA don’t do justice to Indian food and this was the worst experience ever. Complete rip-off.

Today, we went from Surrey to Vancouver specially to eat dosa, Someone has recommended us, must visit Dosa Factory. Their food quality of dosa was zero and their customer service was very bad. Especially the girl who works there, her nature will not be welcoming at all. Today very bad experience with Dosa Factory.

Excellent taste and customer service. Good selection of South Indian menu. Delicious dosas and appetizers. Great selection of dosa and Biriyani. Good daily special deals. Good portions for reasonable price. Recommend the chicken 65, biriyani, fried rice, dosa.
I simply liked this place for tasty food.

Hands down, the best restaurant in Vancouver! I visited last Monday for the Dosa Day deal with my friend. I ordered the Madrasi-style special dosa, and it was really very tasty. Being South Indian, I was missing homely food, but Dosa Factory made me nostalgic, especially with the coconut chutney and the sambar.
The staff was incredibly friendly. I asked the waitress three times for more sambar. Even though I might have been bugging her, she happily accommodated me each time. If I remember correctly, her name was Adhulya. The rest of the staff was great too, though I didn’t get a chance to ask their names.
My friend ordered the Paruppu Podi dosa, which was also delicious! The only thing I didn’t like was the use of plastic bottles. If they could address that issue, it would be perfect.
I hope to visit again soon!
Thank you, Dosa Factory!
