Food solid great burgers vibe was wicked don’t let the location deter you. Drinks are delicious but need to get a poutine and milkshakes on the menu then it will be awesomer lol.

The burger is mid, lacks flavour and composition. BUT THE SIDES ARE EXCELLENT. The onion rings, popcorn chicken, and fries are def worth trying. Great flavour and crisp :)

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience, specifically due to the behavior of one employee. She was an Asian woman with tattoos on the back of her neck and back. Her conduct was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. I had been waiting for 15 minutes to pick up my food and politely asked her, “Could you please check if the food is ready? I’ve been standing here for quite a while. Thank you.” To my surprise, she responded, “Do I look like I work here for these things? It’s already busy, and I don’t think I look like a kitchen person, do I?” After saying this, she simply walked away without offering any assistance. I was genuinely stunned by this behavior. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately. No one should be treated this way.

There burgers are sloooooooo over priced 25 for a double smash burger is unreal !!! Other place are 15 to 17 that’s crezy but 25 to 30 greed !!!!

Went there on a Saturday night and it wasn’t super busy, got a table right away.
The food was really good and tasty. The fries could be a bit better but they were still pretty good. I would give the BFM 9000 9/10 and the fries 6.5/10
The servers don’t really come to you if you want anything, so you have to go over the bar and ask but overall a great place i will definitely go back !

Food is good for the most part Do yourself a favor and never get the loaded fries, I got a gross pile of coleslaw slop on potatoes and felt like I was just cheated out of my money and a good meal.

Ate half of it to try, and it was my liking. Just the right amount of onions and veggies on the Philly cheese for me to enjoy. Burgers are always great here. I am not a sauce kind of person, so this was perfect for me and what I like. Others may differ, so please take this in heart.

Deffinitly a burger for drunk people. We have had downlow chicken numerous times and loved it and decided to try downlow burger and was not impressed. The burger itself wasn’t horrible but felt it was on par with a Big Mac which was disappointing for the price. The onion rings were so greasy it was like biting into a chunk of grease saturated bread and the fries showed up cold and hard and dry. For 68.00 with two beverages we were disappointed…

I came on a busier night. Asked to sit at the bar so I could have a beverage while I waited. The host put me facing the wall alone. I get it if there was no seats at the bar but there was. So I left. I can back an hour later because I wanted to try their chicken. Eventually I got in and was placed at the wall. Maybe this is where they put single people? It felt bad knowing I wanted to spend over 100. But when I was placed there no one came and no one really cared. Fair enough for the owner pumping profit every night, but if she cares for a bit more maybe listen to this review
