I loved this place. The OG chicken sandwich (leg/thigh) was great. I will say, the Fear the Reaper spice level is legit. If that's what you're down (low) for you, it'll do the trick.

The crinkle cut fries were tasty also. My wife had the 4 piece tenders and fries, and that was enough food for two meals for her.

I'll definitely be back.

Not bad but unbelievably expensive for what it is, let’s just say they definitely took opportunity during Covid to jack the prices up.

I thought it was mediocre chicken for the price of 14.50 without fries or drink. It was spicy as requested but not for me, on the sweet side. Apparently, Commercial is the go to place, will give it one more try when I am down that way.

The food is really good, no complaints there whatsoever. It's just... prohibitively expensive. 25 dollars for 4 tenders, fries, and a soda? 25 bucks for a chicken sandwich? How can anybody living on a college campus afford that?

Don’t waste your time and money at this store, chicken is dry and extremely spicy that not everyone can accept. It’s the worst chicken we have ever tasted in Canada!

Food is amazing as always, glad to see some seating at the new UBC location. Service is decent. Could have used a better ordering system. Only one counter is not productive.

Like others have said, this location just isn't the same as the og location on commercial drive. Chicken breast sandwich was overcooked and dry/rubbery. The fries weren't fresh either.
