They have the dairy free option for the chicken sandwhich but they've given me bread for the sandwhich that has dairy, not even kidding, like 7 times it's actually terrible, I'm pretty badly dairy intolerant that's why I always choose the dairy free option and then I find out they don't even have dairy free bread so...why do you have a dairy free option for the sandwhich then?

Came in for some chicken basically at closing time and the energy and customer service were still excellent. Greeted by the staff, friendly chat and very accommodating while I waited. I know I am not the only person who appreciates seeing black people working in any given space and this was no exception. Pretty much all of the staff gave positive energy and vibes were immaculate. I came for the chicken but the good vibes keep me coming back despite the $$ increase. Nola is a gem, she deserves a promotion..??

I've had downlow chicken before but it was for a work party so I didn't really get to pick what I got but still amazing. Well today I went to downlow travelled all the way from Abbotsford for it with 7 other plumbers. The staff was awesome. But the food omg the food hands down the best crispy chicken burger I've ever had .I had the jerk crispy chicken with extra hot dust on it and the downlow fries it's was that good that I actually finished it and then went back and order 4 I think it was extra chicken tenders and these things were massive amazing meal amazing staff and top notch food man you guys are killing it.

I like the staff here! They so energetic ?They use lots of spices for the chickens and serve in the burger buns which is cool. To be honest i liked it and recommend to try! The fries was one of the best in town can say! ???The atmosphere is just basic which is the style of their brand ?

The chicken is great and I heard that it is halal. Yet I would love the biz owner to clarify whether* the bacon is cooked in the same place with chicken or* the chicken is dipped in the same sauce with bacon before cooked or* there is any other cross contamination risks.This is place is just across apartment and I would love to continue going there and taking my friend over, confident that it is halal.
