So normally I don't drink bubble tea, however my colleagues and boss at the time said this was the place to go in Vancouver if you ever wanted proper bubble tea, so I just surrendered and said "Okay, I'll try it", and am I glad I did. It was quite some really good bubble tea I had that day, now don't get me wrong, it didn't change my opinion of bubble tea, as in I didn't start drinking it again, but the mere fact that even I thought it was good speaks for itself.

Is this place ever open anymore? This place was my go to for the tofu dessert bbt, but that was only when they are open.

Been enjoying this bubble tea house since moving to Vancouver! I lived across the street & my roomie brought me here...never to disappoint. By far the best boba I've had since introduced to it in 1998 at uni. Why the best? 1) They don't use artificial powders for flavours but actual fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds etc. If they use any powders, they're the real deal. 2) They will blend 2 flavours (see my recommendations below) 3) They customize your drink (tea, milk, coconut gel or pearls, slush, ice)!!! What else can I say? They're the best. Fresh fruit mango boba? Matcha ice cream boba? YESSS My go to: black sesame mix with red bean, no slush, yes milk, yes ice, yes pearls. Tastes like a sesame ball from dim sum Second fave is lychee green tea, no milk, no slush, no ice, yes coconut gel. Tastes like my time living in Japan. My very Canadian bestie gets banana mix chocolate with slush, milk, pearls & black tea...tastes like a kid's cake! Yummy!!! Seriously, can't go wrong here. I always want to try new boba's (especially I've been into taro these past few years), but now my worksite has moved & I barely have time to come here. They did wonderfully during COVID by taking numbers & waiting outside, I'm excited to see how they are functioning now! Bringing my foodie group here. Will update then! They used to have a few stalls in back, I don't think they're there anymore. Used to be able to park in front/along Oak, but nope! I take my chances & park at the plaza kitty-corner but always stop in to Safeway to buy stuff. If not, try behind the Shell gas Stn & 26th. Or go up a few blocks on Oak.

I agree with other reviewers that this place is not as good as it used to be. The last few times I've been here for fresh fruit slush, it felt like less fruit was used. This time, I requested for half sweet but it was still super sweet and definitely one the priciest bubble teas I've ever bought (came to over $8 for my strawberry slush with milk). One redeeming thing is their pearls are still yummy and chewy but not something that will make me come back.

Best bubble tea I’ve had in Vancouver. You need cash.I had lychee and strawberry natural flavor.

Price increased but their bbt is amazing like always. I got taro with pearls and my friend got supreme milk tea with grass jelly and pearls. Remember it's cash only and no dine in at this time. The server was super helpful to show me the parking on oak after 6pm. So glad when they reopened after Covid!

Ordered a basic fresh fruit mango + pearls. Came to $8.25 - my most expensive bbt to date! They are more pricy than the chain stores and very unremarkable in taste... There are lots of options elsewhere!

Superb bubble slush and hot drinks! I ordered a strawberry slush with milk and pearls, and a longan ginger tea with no sugar. The pearls in the slush were hot and super chewy! They were so tasty. Real strawberries made the slush so delicious. The ginger tea came with tons of ginger slices and longan. It’s a really soothing drink without the sugar for that time of the month. This place is 10/10. Bring cash, know what you want to order and you’re good to go!

Went at 9:40 on a Wednesday. Lights were on but they said they were closed. Please change your store hours if you say you're open till 11pm! We drove out of our way just for it to be closed.

Visited Dragon Ball Tea House today and ordered a pearl milk tea. The pearls were not as good as before and the tea was a bit bitter. I felt the quality has declined quite a bit since last time I visited there. Hope the store owner will improve it in the future
