I was fighting for my life trying not to order everything else on the menu. And the service sealed the deal — the guy at the front was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. Food this good AND service this great? Elite.

Friendly service! Got the butter chicken which was a bit on the soupy sweet side but I personally liked it. Chicken Tikka had this amazing zesty sauce with it but the serving was on the smaller side so if you’re hungry I would get something else.

I recently placed a takeout order and wanted to share my experience. The food itself was decent but fairly average overall. It was good, just not particularly memorable compared to other spots in the city.
That said, the service truly stood out. I don't usually write reviews but I want to specifically thank Narotam for the excellent customer service. He was very friendly, professional, and made the pickup process smooth and easy. Even with it being a takeout order, they were attentive and made sure everything was correct and ready on time.
Great service like that really makes a difference. I appreciate the positive experience and would definitely order again because of it.

Food was delicious and nice portions! I noticed the food was taking a bit of time to come out (I didn’t mind at all), but the staff brought us complimentary samosas to apologize for being a bit backed up which was incredibly kind! Great, comfy dining spot 😄

I decided to come in tonight on a whim despite walking by here many times. I was served by Narotam and this was one of the best services I've ever received. He's very attentive, positive and gave a very good suggestions for the food.
Definitely going to bring my friends here next time.

Nurotem is the best. Always welcoming, courteous, and such a kind soul! The food is delicious - from their lamb wrap, to their biryanis and curries. Great value and service.
The food here was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding, especially from Narotam, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Excellent portion sizes and great prices for the quality you get. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

I was not expecting this seeming hole in the wall with its $10 wraps to be so great. The bread/naan they use must be made in house. Taste so fresh and is fluffy yet crispy as well. I got the veggie wrap. Next time I’ll try the butter chicken wrap. Solid portion size. Fast service if you need it quick.
