I came in yesterday. It wasn't that busy. It seems that the slower it is, the slower the service can be. Took the server about 8 - 10 minutes to even acknowledge me after she was standing at the bar chatting with another staff member. The bartendereven had to come over and take my second drink order as my server disappreared into the back for a while. Not the first time I have had this happen at the establishment. Service can be hit and miss depending on who your server is. The food was definitely sub-par for the price. Burger was greasy and only a handful of fries. Definitely not worth the higher prices.

I really like the decor and atmosphere here. Even though the food is just average, the live music adds a nice touch, and the convenient location is definitely a plus.

If you get a chance to sit at Geordie’s bar do yourself a favour and see him! Great lad and an even better Guinness pour!

I've got to this Dublin Crossing a handful of times over the years, and recently the food has gone significantly downhill. The 26.5 dollar nachos were sad, thin potato chips very greasy, and a huge piece of tomato skin on them for some reason. The pulled pork that was an additional 7.5 dollars was barely a handful and tasteless.

We sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for service, and after ordering and asking for water, watched the server do a multitude of other things, forcing me to ask again for water.

We would have been better off going to A&W.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility could be better inside of the restaurant. Really tight corners, not a lot of space between tables. They do have a wheelchair accessible washroom.

Place was packed and the environment was comfy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were fairly priced, and the food was competitively priced and sounded good.
Portion sizes were embarrassingly small though, about 4oz side of fries with each order. What was in the plate tasted good though. Food came out fairly quickly and service was prompt.

I've been going to this place pretty much since it opened. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience there. Yes, the service can be a bit minimal when it's really busy but I can't say it's ever been bad.thebquality of the food has gone down significantly over time, the drinks are decent, as is the atmosphere. It gets really loud when they have live music; I don't think the acoustics are very good in this place.

The ladies bathroom is not in very good standing. The moment you walk in, you get hit with a really strong urine smell that just stays in your nose. The paper towel dispenser has been broken for months and doesn't get fixed (it might just need a battery or quick electrical repair). There are often paper towels all over the place when it's busy and their cleaning schedule is rarely ever filled out, or is, just to get it out of the way. Dust and cobwebs also cover the decor throughout the entire establishment (you can really see it from the second floor). I wonder what the kitchen is like, especially because they say the bathrooms are often a reflection of the kitchen. Yikes!

My husband brought home some dill pickle wings and truffle fries and I was shocked at the portion size of the fries. The box was much smaller than it used to be, and was only half full. We will not be getting takeout again! The menu has also changed; they removed some items that were the reason we went here.

I don't drink anymore, but my husband says the Guiness is still decent depending on who pours it.

We went to the Dublin on Sat Dec 28th,between 5-530 pm.Im very specific, because I didn't catch the name of the folks working that time and I want to give them a shout out.
The hostess, literally acknowledged us as soon as we entered the door and she couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming.
2 gentleman that served us were absolutely wonderful as well...very friendly, quick and accommodating!
The decor and ambience is gorgeous!!!
I have not seen better.I hope they never change it.I almost don't want to be honest about my review ,because more people are going to want to go lol
