Attentive service and absolutely delicious dishes. Modern but preserves that familiar Chinese restaurant feel. A great evening

Really good. Wish the soup dumplings had more soup to them but great service.

Good food that's pretty standard. Didn't feel that anything in particular stood out for dimsum specially for a place that was Michelin rated or award winning. Pricing sure reflected it though. Quality of the ingredients did seem a little better than the other restaurants.

One of the best dim sum dishes we've tried! Not all them tasted that good, but the good ones were very remarkable. Like the sesame balls and the carrot cakes!
The texture of them and the flavors explains why they are on the Michelin guide.
I believe they are always packed better to reserve if possible.

Busy! Def get there early. Before they open ideally.
Their dimsum is very good! Really enjoyed the hor fun (excellent wok hay. Could smell it the minute they put the plate down). The fried carrot cake was crispy on the outside and pillow soft on the inside with great spicy fried shallots (?). Loved their egg tarts too. Wish they were bigger!
Service was fast
Minus one for atmosphere because i believe they used to be bigger? Now definitely more cramped.

Wow. I thought this was supposed to be a classy place. Spent $150 on dim sum and they proceeded to try to charge me 50 cents for a takeout container for my leftovers. The food was good but with an abundance of options in this city, I’d go elsewhere.

Restaurantji Recommends
I recently visited Dynasty Seafood Restaurant and, while it’s listed in the Michelin Guide, I found the overall experience to be somewhat underwhelming. The food quality was decent, but it did not stand out compared to many other dim sum restaurants in Vancouver. Most dishes tasted fairly standard, and I didn’t notice the exceptional flavor or creativity I would expect from a Michelin-recognized establishment.
The pricing was also on the higher side. While I understand that premium ingredients and location can influence cost, the value didn’t quite match the price point when compared to other dim sum places in the city offering similar or better quality.
Service was another area that could be improved. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, which affected the dining experience. For a restaurant of this reputation, I expected a higher level of hospitality and organization.
Overall, while the ambiance was pleasant and the menu selection was solid, the experience did not fully meet the expectations set by its Michelin Guide recognition.
P.s: They have changed the menu so there are many of dishes that we saw on Google Reviews were no longer available.

Dim sum 🥟 is one of my favourite breakfast food and comfort food for a long time!
Used to live in Hong Kong for while, I am confident to say, the food here is quite good and delicious and authentic! Some of them might be a bit off but mostly are pretty fresh and yummy to eat! Also really good to welcome people from
Other country or cities when they are curious about how “Chinese” food are!
Will continue coming here sine this is already my 4-5th time here for lunch/brunch already!
Oh and a important tip, when you park downstairs which says it’s “pay parking” but remember don’t pay first, just go directly to the restaurant and in the front door there’s a iPad thing you can key in your license plate and the parking fee will be automatically waved!

You are looking for a true chinese restaurant you cannot go wrong. Great diversity of meals! The quantities of food is also generous. They also helped us to the prepare some meals the right way :)

I tried to order the crab fried rice but was given the fresh crab sticky rice due to us not understanding each other. The food tasted incredible though but I highly recommend you show them what you want on the menu and get then to repeat it back to you on what you are ordering to be safe.
