We have lunched and dinned here for decades, through changes and renovations.
The service attained and maintained a consistent level of efficiency and courtesy for the last 2 decades.
We enjoy the dim sums which are always delicate, light but flavourful.
For dinner, some spectacular dishes require pre-orders. We always enjoyed the braised duck on a bed of savoury mixed mushroom (forgot the proper name of the dish), and many more.

When for Chinese New Year's with family and friends. Had the Peking duck, dungeness crab with ginger and green onions, egg plant stone bowl dish, fried chicken, pea tips and chow mein. Everything was delicious and great service

- seafood and beet dumplings are their specialty. It looks luxurious with a big piece of scallop on each of them, but the scallop is under-flavored. There is a little shrimp shell in the dumpling I had.
- there is a short hair stick with a shrimp dumpling dough.
- the dumplings are often stick together, so it’s difficult to not have them pierced when I pick them up.
