We booked a table for a birthday dinner. The table was not ready for the time we arrived, but the manager of the restaurant apologized directly and even offered an appetizer for free to compensate, which was highly appreciated. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. The personnel allowed us to decorate the table, and we brought our cake. They brought it with the candles when it was dessert time. Great experience, highly recommended for birthday dinners.
Multiple items were unavailable. The staff were courteous enough to suggest alternatives, but still.
Great service right from the front door and throughout the meal. Food and drinks were excellent both in presentation and in quality!
Came to Earls after a game 7 MLB game and order off the Happy hour menu. Our waitress was friendly and served us quickly. We were given complimentary nachos, however they were extremely salty and was hard to consume. We order the Nashville chicken + pickles skewers - when the server brought it (a different girl) she dropped one of the skewers and also a one piece of chicken fell off - it was never replaced lol. Overall if you want a quick bite and something affordable you can swing my Earls for a meal.
Booked a spot at the bar to watch the Jays/Mariners game 7. The vibe was great, service was perfect and George Springer hit a 3 run shot to win the game for the Jays. A great experience!!!
Had a larger group - 8 friends, and we were well seated and served. Had not been to this location before - Earles Test Kitchen @ Hornby & Smithe - & it was very satisfying. Will be back!
The steak and sushi was disappointing. Usually the steak is warm to hot . It arrived cold .
Really sad to report terrible service, restaurant was not that busy and server was just talking with other colleagues. Food was cold, took a long time and appies came with main...
Late to recognize my reservation without apology; no toilet paper in at least two stalls; indifferent service ( earned themselves a 10% tip), very loud music, food was fine . Overall an okay (at best) dinner
Had a great time with my husband and two children. It was a busy night, but service was still top notch. Our server was fabulous, seemed genuine and cheerful and made us feel welcome. I had the steak and sushi and the steak was perfect!!!

The manager was super accomodating when our party doubled in size, quickly flipping a larger table so we could all sit together. The server was lovely, though was unfortuntly stretech a bit to thin running food and drinks so those of us who wanted to order some more apies or another round didn't get an opportunity to.
Our last day in Canada after a 3 week holiday, we were stopping at the Wedgewood Hotel for our last couple of day and stumbled across Earl’s Kitchen Restaurant. Welcomed even though busy. I am wheat intolerant and after explaining this to Xavier who was looking after us he quickly made some recommendations from the menu. I had Cajun chicken for main with broccoli. Hubby had surf and turf, we were both delighted with our choices. Xavier was very attentive and took the time to get to know us a little… great atmosphere, excellent food and customer service. I highly recommend 👍
