My chicken clubhouse sandwich was delicious. The Queen Bee pizza is a star! The hot honey drizzle wakes up a ham and cheese pizza and turns it into something wonderful.Amid the noise and activity our waitress, Laura, was perfect. She was attentive without being intrusive. She was patient, encouraging and helped to provide a delightful dining experience.

Some restaurants are content to just remain stagnant in their menus. Don't fix it if it ain't broke right? That's why I love the Earls Test Kitchen. They come out with fresh, notable and new dishes quite often, constantly experimenting with new flavors.The restaurant itself is massive, and even more impressively, it is often full to capacity. A great place to catch up with friends, to celebrate birthdays, this place has you covered.My usual dish is the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, but on this occasion, I decided to try their Prime Rib. I'm so glad I did because, seriously, that meat was glistening. And it was a huge slab of meat at that. Took me a while to cut it all up, but it was so tender, cooked to a juicy medium rare.I'm sure it's not mentioned a lot, but the gravy I ordered on the side for the mashed potatoes was really rich and flavorful. I passed the broccoli on to my girlfriend as I don't particularly like that vegetable. Otherwise, it was well worth the money.My girlfriend also decided to try something new this time and went with the Truffle Tortellini, adding steak to it. She was happy to see that they had actually given her quite a few pieces of both pasta and steak, as other restaurants seemed to think that 4 or 5 pieces was sufficient so long as they were big pieces. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the steak was delicious.Good drinks, fabulous food, reasonable prices. Earls is on my short list of restaurants that I keep going back to.

Giving 3 stars to the courtesy provided to us by the Manager of the location. Lately, our experience was not great primarily in terms of customer service. We got pathetic customer service as most of the time we felt ignored and were looking for the servers to atleast listen to our concerns.I also belong to hospitality field ,being a restaurant supervisor, i understand that our server might be busy or exhausted however the server could pass our table's handover to someone else so atleast we could get things on time. Moreover, a guy came to collect our payment, and i felt like he was rushing the payment process, because i was entering the custom tip and he just clicked on confirm button by himself and asked me to tap on back. Honestly, i always give a tip of 18 to 20 %, but this time i gave 15. My friend wasnt happy with my decision of giving tip as they did not deserve it. My reason to leave tip was only that i belong to this field and manager's kindness; nothing else.On the other hand, i appreciate the manager's efforts thts why i am giving 3 stars. Probably, i wont return to this location specifically. Thnks for your business.

Food and service are exceptionally good. Servers are all so friendly and welcoming. The prices are affordable and of good value. Food presentation is also eye catching and makes you water your mouth just by the looking at it. Washroom needs some TLC but aside from that everything checks out great.

Came here a couple years ago and enjoyed it, but tried it again last night and the food was really not great..... chicken didn't taste fresh in the hunan chicken noodle bowl (plus the sauce was bland despite the chillis) & chocolate sticky toffee pudding was dry & tasted like old school chocolate milk powder, not real chocolate.I was disappointed. Atmosphere was fine but loud. Service was nice but slow.

Stopped by for Happy Hour drink. Staff were so friendly. Service was excellent. Happy Hour drinks were well priced and very good. Had the calamari and it was fresh and cooked perfectly. I will go back again and would highly recommend.
