Our favourite Earls. They went out of their way to message me about our birthday dinner. It was my daughter's birthday and they made her feel so special. Little birthday dessert with a candle was such a nice touch. We'll be back of course!

Earls Fir is a staple in the Kits Community. Every Birthday that's celebrated here feels special, and thats because the team goes waaay out of there way to make it an unforgettable experience. From the balloons to the complimentary drinks and desserts, Earls Fir knows how to provide for the guests. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the hospitality is outstanding, and the combination of great food and professionalism from the team keeps me coming back for more.

I had a Cobb Salad which was okay; but nothing special. Have had better at other restaurants for the $$. The lettuce was not consistently fresh and crunchy; there were dreary, old-looking pieces (which I left behind on my plate.) All in all, I would not re-order the Cobb salad.

We were greeted at the entrance to this Earl's by very friendly staff who seated us right away on a great table to see the baseball game in their lounge. Food and drinks were excellent and the whole vibe of the place was very good and everyone had a great time. Server was super efficient and helpful as well as all staff we interacted with. Highly recommended!

Service was literally non existent. Waited 20 mins to have a water and coffee brought to table. Then another 20 mins to obtain a menu. Had to walk to kitchen to obtain menu. My guest left before order taking as there was no wait staff assisting us. Regular customer, never had this issue before.

Everything was great service and food. Loved the breakfast potatoes and especially the crab. Benny's where the crabcake is the crumpet. Only thing was I wish waiters would not deliver plates and forks before the birthday cake arrives. Or at least ask if it's a surprise ! Not exactly a surprise when 12 plates and forks arrive before the cake. I guess it is my responsibility to tell the waitress that. I've had this same thing happen before I guess it's not obvious when you bring your own cake that is meant to be a surprise?? Deliver, cake and sing happy birthday and then bring the plates and forks in a perfect world thank you.

Calamari dish extremely small! The sauce was delicious, though Worst yam fries ever! (But only at this location. I've had it at other locations & they are way better) Chicken fingers were super dry Service was great 👌🏼
Thanks for making Patricia's 101st birthday such a pleasant experience. Staff were lovely and she appreciated the card and flowers. We have been celebrating her birthday at this Earls location since she was in her early 90's, and with any luck, there will be another celebration next year!

We had a great experience at Earls! We love the Fir St location...the vibe, the service...always consistent. We shared the Caesar salad which is our absolute favourite Caesar salad ever, and the Cajun blackened chicken. The chicken was blackened perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Delicious cocktails too. Highly recommend!

My recent experience wasn't the best at this particular reliable chain restaurant based on some service details of the restaurant environment, and service that day was acceptable but not exceptional from the staff. But what I really want to commend is, after leaving my quick rating on OpenTable, the general manager at Earls-Kameron took the time to reach out to me to genuinely ask and listened to my reviews and POV as a customer. He really showed that he wants to make a difference and improve on what Earls has to offer in the neighbourhood and to be better than “just a chain restaurant”. Kameron sent a very sincere text to start and invited me to connect on quick phone call, listened, and shared his approach on how he will rectify things and train his staff without over promising. With a passionate GM that is committing to do better, I will look forward to my next visit at this Earls location and see the changes to come.

Where we sat in today, background music was too loud to have nice conversations, feels like we have to shouting each other. Not everyone likes listening other tables's loud voices while enjoying time with their own friends and family. Wish they have more parking spot.... Spots are always full and need to wait until someone leaves. Server was friendly and very attentive. Overall, good experience 👍 Thank you very much.
