My boyfriend and I came in for our anniversary and had the best time. The girls at the host desk were so warm and lovely, service was amazing and food was delicious! We both got the dine out menus and they provided some of the best options we've seen this restaurant week, for an affordable price. Would like to spend every anniversary here, will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff!

I booked this reservation on OpenTable. When I got to the front desk 5 minutes before my reservation time, the hostess was immediately upset, saying that the wait would be at least an hour because they need to prioritize other reservations. I'm confused as I have never experienced a reservation not being available for an indefinite amount of time. She says that reservations are always open to the public at all times and that they do not confirm a spot to dine. During this conversation, I receive a text from Earls saying my table is ready. I point to this, and she gets more upset, asking her team why someone texted me this. She asks a server who comes by to confirm our reserved table is ready, and the hostess remained very upset and said nothing. The hostess never apologized for being very rude. We talked with the manager who barely acknowledged the situation, saying it was a busy night. I understand it's stressful when busy, but 1) Making reservations and denying that reservation once a party arrives is not acceptable. 2) There was no reason for her disrespectful attitude. Despite the fact that my group reservation was being denied, I never got upset and was shocked at her upset towards me. I would not trust making reservations, especially group reservations after my experience here.

Food quality was amazing, I order a steak medium rare and it came out perfectly I love it. Servers were supper friendly. Waiting to come back again.

Aiyana was the star, the most incredible sever and attentiveness. Took great consideration to me and my friend and kindly swapped my overdone salmon for the vegan bibimbap. Overall Earls has just gone downhill as far as food:value, definitely not the same it once was as a kid in the 2000s. That's what happens with expansion and scale.

I went out with a buddy of mine as a casual catchup dinner, and was blown away by our waitress, Mel, she was informative and knowledgeable (not to mention the prettiest) when it came to recommendations! She seems like a great asset to Earls! Always a great time, I will be back, maybe just for her.
