We were very satisfied with our drinks, service and complimentary chips and salsa. However the music was way too loud so did not feel the best if you want to have a catch up dinner with the girls. It literally felt like the club lol

We went to this location after the Canucks game on a Saturday night. My reservation was for the dining room, but we were put into the lounge. It was quite noisy because the music volume was too loud. We were having a hard time hearing our server when they were taking our order, and also having difficulty communicating amongst ourselves. We let the manager know, and they were kind enough to turn the volume down, but also moved us to the dining room. I really appreciated that they took the time and made the effort to ensure that we would have a pleasant experience. I ordered the Dine Out Vancouver menu and it was great, our server offered to let me have two appetizers and an entrée instead of having dessert. Thank you again for a great experience and for accommodating our move.

Popped in for a drink and a couple snacks at our weekly spot! Drinks were cold and came out right away, staff were friendly and accommodating with our request to sit at the bar, wings were delicious as usual and the vibes were high as there was a hockey game that afternoon. 10/10 experience as usual!

It was my colleague's birthday but was not recognised it any point of the night. Was consistently asked/pushed to order more although we did say that we just wanted to have drinks and talk, and when asked for light ice margarita - please see attached.

Went for dine out and definately not worth the price. The appetizer and dessert are mini so not worth the $17 mark up from the entree pricing. Food quality was poor (salmon was fishy and not fresh tasting and the mushroom pasta was mediocre and didn't really taste like truffles). The service was non existent halfway through our meal. Overall disappointing experience.

Last night we celebrated my bestie’s birthday in a new winter wonderland patio at Earls Yaletown, and honestly.. it felt like a dream🥹❄️✨✨ The vibes were so cozyyy, but what made the night truly unforgettable are our cutest server Kelly and the coolest manager Dan. 🥰🥰 Kelly made us feel so welcomed and special as you can see from smile on my face hehe, and her energy set the tone for such a happy celebration. PS she is also a cool photographer ;) And then there was THE manager, Dan, definition of caring and warm hospitality. He checked on us so kindly and you could tell he genuinely cared. It wasn’t just service, it was hosted with pure heart ♥️
