Really great Ice Cream! the line ups are crazy in the summer
Quality ingredients, sophisticated flavour pairing and unmatched service! Received the best client experience from Kelsey- she was radiant, patient and had the warmest and most genuine smile. This was a great ice cream stop on all fronts.
Probably the best ice cream I've ever had. The texture was almost like gelato and each flavor was soooooo accurate. We had the salted caramel and tiramisu both of which were amazing. Highly recommend
Awesome ice cream, chocolate is classic!
Ice cream sammie’s are there but grab a scoop or pint!
Our Favorite!! Always something new to try.
I frequent all the other locations and most of the staff are polite and super accommodating. However, Victor was so rude to me that I left the store and will never set foot in another Earnest Ice Cream. There are lots of other ice cream shops with equal or better product and much better service. I will not return here.
We visit at least twice a month now😋 Love love love
Okay ice cream spot where you get a generous scoop for the price. They don’t have a huge variety of flavors, but they offer all the classics, and you can sample before you choose.
Love the hot fudge sundae and so many flavors
Earnest is special. Very Delicious and worth the wait. We try to go whenever we are close by.

I would like to start by saying that nothing went wrong wiht my experience. The Ice Cream is just THIS BAD. How much longer will you be adding gums to it before you call it cookie dough? While the flavor was fine and I appreciate the low sugar, I could barely scoop this gel out of the cup and had to schew it because of teh gums and carrageenan. I had stomach ache after eating as well.
The ice cream is also very aerated, which means you get even LESS of a portion. $13 for a pint is a joke, considering you can get a Haagen Dazs batch with NO GUMS or aeration for like $5.
Summary: you can try this place once, but make sure to minimize the portion, as you may end up with an upset stomach.
Our favorite ice cream in the whole lower mainland. My favorites are lavender shortbread and field berries cheesecake! Too bad they are seasonal and not available year round 😕 my husband is a big fan of their whiskey hazelnut. I like many of their ice creams are mixed with those chunky toppings which I don't find in other places. Their servers are all very friendly. Prices are reasonable and often pretty decent scoop size! They update their menu every month so better check there might be something you want to try!
Are you guys making this correctly. I thought I was eating salt out of a jar. It is super salty and the salt was so powerful you can’t taste the caramel or enjoy the ice cream
Incredible ice cream, some of the best you can get in Vancouver.
So smart for having a separate line for pint pick ups.
We got the almond croissant flavour and finished the entire pint. Recommend to those who prefer chunky ice cream. It was a lot of chunks compared to ice cream
