Best ice cream ever!
This location has most flavours, also the busiest.
Honestly my favourite ice cream place but the queue is always too long.

There was a girl with black hair pony tail serving ice cream with pretty rude and impatient attitude.
Ice cream should bring people happy and joy, not putting your negative feelings to customers.
Love the ice cream
It was our first time at Ernest Ice Cream, and we’re already hooked! We tried 🍑peach & cream, 🌰hazelnut & whiskey, and 🍫chocolate! each one was pure perfection. The flavors were rich, creamy, and unforgettable. Even better, everything was compostable and nature-friendly, which made the experience sweeter. A must-visit for anyone who loves ice cream in Vancouver!

Although there was a lineup, it didn't take very long for them to get our orders. Ordered Whiskey Hazelnut, Cannoli, and Matcha. All very good!
Their ice cream is so creamy. I had a delicious hot fudge sundae
Great ice cream but there can be long lines. Except to wait 30-45 mins if you see the lineup out the door. Excellent variety of flavors.

Sitting at RB and saw people walking by every once in a while with ice cream. Decided to investigate and found this awesome little gem with a lineup out the door - of course had to get some ice cream. Very delicious, interesting flavours and good waffle cones. A pleasant surprise for our walk back to the ferry.
Waited in line 20+ minutes watching the staff socialize and serve one order at a time with 4 people behind the counter.
Absolutely horrendous excuse for customer service. Walked away to go find dairy queen.
