It was our first time at Ernest Ice Cream, and we’re already hooked! We tried 🍑peach & cream, 🌰hazelnut & whiskey, and 🍫chocolate! each one was pure perfection. The flavors were rich, creamy, and unforgettable. Even better, everything was compostable and nature-friendly, which made the experience sweeter. A must-visit for anyone who loves ice cream in Vancouver!
Sitting at RB and saw people walking by every once in a while with ice cream. Decided to investigate and found this awesome little gem with a lineup out the door - of course had to get some ice cream. Very delicious, interesting flavours and good waffle cones. A pleasant surprise for our walk back to the ferry.
I love this place. By far my favourite ice cream place in Canada. Their portions are great, flavours amazing, and I am a fan of the logo which is the same since they started. The quality shines through. Smooth, delicious, creamy ice cream!
