It was amazing! Super nice staff! They were really accommodating and treated us very well. They gave my wife a cake for her birthday and sang happy birthday. Highly recommend anyone coming here! Any bad reviews are from people who don't know nice restaurants because this was a top experience.

This is the most affordable place for happy hour in Vancouver. A large selection of rolls. Fresh oysters , and other sharable snacks. The server is always friendly. I've been here multiple times in years, and she is always attentive and friendly. Happy hour is til 6 pm which is a bonus since many end at 5 pm. I'd highly recommend this place. Inside or patio is very comfortable.
Food was very fresh and delicious, service quick and friendly, atmosphere upbeat. Ordered the sashimi bento box which was a perfect combo and good portion of food. Sashimi melted in the mouth and tempura was very crispy and light. Oysters were fresh and creamy. Rolls were great as well. Felt like a healthy meal which can be hard to find while traveling. Patio was lovely and relaxing. Restaurant overall had a calm and welcoming feel. Reasonable prices coming in from the U. S.
The food was delicious! We went for the happy hour and none of the dishes disappointed, they were all really good! Oysters, takoyaki, sushi, chicken karaage, truffle fries, gyosas. Because we spent over $100 we got a free dish, we chose salmon pepper popper, I recommend this so bad! It was delicious. The waitresses were very kind, attentive and fast. The place can be a little hot though, and the restrooms are in a weird place.
Kid-friendliness: I told the waitress my 7-year old was starving (it was late lunch, 3pm) and the is we could get some truffle fries ASAP. She ordered them right away and were on our table right after we finished ordering the rest of the food. That was really kind of her.
DO NOT EAT HERE, I WATCHED THE CHEF SPIT INTO AN OPENED OYSTER BEFORE IT WAS SERVED TO A TABLE..

Very chill vibe, though their AC was broken when we went this time, they suggested their patio options which offers great fresh air and still doesnt affect how cool and chill this place is. Currently promotion they have is - spend $100CAD+ you will get 1 of 3 entees option for free.

The food quality differs depending on the dishes. The spicy aburi spider roll is delicious! But their ocean red sushi roll is terrible, never had a worse sauce on sushi before. I also recommend their sukiyaki american wagyu ramen.
