Unfortunately for this gem of a Fraser restaurant, their service was appalling - took 20 minutes to get our first drink. Our food was brought and we had to flag down 2 separate waitstaff for cutlery. Items of our order were missing, then brought after prompting, close to the end of the meal. The food was not great, either. The carbonara came with a hard boiled poached egg instead of soft. The potatoes were anemic and not cooked.

The sourdough bread toasted was dry and boring.

My mom and I ate here the other week on a lovely day. Our server was nice enough to entertain my mom and her constant need for photos. So thank you to the server for going above and beyond with her request! Was my second time getting the lemon ricotta pancakes and once again so delicious.

Went for brunch on a Saturday and it was surprising not busy at all, kinda empty. I got the strawberry and mango smoothie and the strawberry french toast. Everything was delicious and my mom enjoyed her egg dish as well. The smoothie was so good and the toast was yummy. I loved the homemade strawberry sauce with actual strawberries! Everything went well together: the whip cream, strawberry and bread.
Since it was not busy at all it was a very nice atmosphere. Our server was super friendly and the other staff were nice. It was also a beautiful day! My mom and I will be back to try more things!

Service was amazing. Very accomodating first thing in the morning after being thrown around in our flights.
As an asian person, the chicken and waffle fusion was NOT IT. All individual pieces are strong standalone but do not meld together when paired up.
Nori is a well design choice but falls off in flavor. Green onions is a nice touch but too over empowering. Chicken and waffle SHOULD work, but it doesn't because of the way the chicken is cooked.
Other than that, the other menu options were great!

They do not sell fresh juice, that is an absolute lie. What they advertise as fresh juice is just regular store bought bottled juice just horrendously overpriced. Food was sort of tasteless.
Food was super tasty! We got the lemon ricotta pancakes and the truffle scrambled egg toast and honestly they exceeded expectations. Our server, Janis was also super accommodating and catered to our every need. Highly recommend coming in and checking this place out! ALSO, 2 for 1 mimosas !!! Epic.
We chose this place at random. When we got there, it was full. We were seated right away as the counter at the window became available. The young server was great! Took our order as soon as we were ready. She was quick and very attentive. Food came out quickly, everything was hot. Everything was good! The pasta was very flavourful! Didn’t like the little potato cubes. Too small. I think the food presentation needed a bit of work. And everything except the pasta needed a bit more umph. Overall, everything was good, and prices were reasonable.
I always want the food to be better than it is. But it's just bland. Breakfast is easy but don't let it fade into the background.

Smoothie, single mojito ,Chicken &Waffles , Crab Benny ! Love it ! Good service and very yummy brunch !
We've frequented this restaurant quite a bit as we live in the area. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we received virtually no service. If we needed another coffee, a to-go box, or wanted to pay, we had to walk up to the bar each time. There were four staff members present, all clustered in the corner being loud. It was disappointing, especially since we know how excellent this place can be. The interior also seemed more run-down compared to previous visits.
They had a sign out front that said “$5 Mimosas” we were stoked as we were there for a bday brunch. When the waitress came around she said they had a 3 Mimosas for $20, and I pointed out that the sign says they’re $5, and she went to ask and apparently that’s on Mondays. I was really disappointed that they 1) didn’t honour what they were advertising and 2) did not update the sign. Someone sat down beside us afterwards also inquiring about the $5 mimosas.
Very cute restaurant with good food, unfortunately that experience left a foul impression for me. If they had honoured the $5 and updated the sign I would’ve definitely had a better experience. Just not a good look for them.
Food just average . No free range egg option. Mushrooms salty , use canola oil, potatoes deep fried ordinary. Too bad as clean pace. Expensive for what you get. We just came to wrong place as i am sure others will like it
The service felt rushed even when the place was empty. The food was okay nothing much to say there. Don’t think I will stop by again.
