El Gato Gab Gab is a new and busy restaurant with outstanding food and drinks. The duck dish was particularly unreal. The servers are engaging, attentive, and provide great suggestions. The space used to be a coffee shop and has been transformed beautifully. The food is different from standard "Canadian Mexican" fare, with flavors that are next level. The Lamb Shank Barria and crab flautas come highly recommended. The service is top-notch, with servers like Kurtis who are lovely and helpful without being overbearing. Though on the pricier side, the food and atmosphere make it well worth it.
