Good coffee, lots of light, some outdoor seats as well. They have some water outside for your dog if you have on, which is thoughtful
The melt I ordered was good. Chai tea latte was okay. Appreciate that it tastes literally like milk with chai tea poured into it. Just overpriced I feel personally.

Great little cafe. Their cold brew was great and their breakfast sandwich was a delicious lunch.

A book, a cup of coffee, and an afternoon in June in Vancouver. That’s pure happiness for me. There’s something incredibly special about taking the time to immerse myself in a good book while sipping on a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
In June, the weather in Vancouver is usually lovely, with warm sunshine and a gentle breeze that makes the surroundings feel even more inviting. The vibrant greenery of the parks and the colorful flowers in bloom create a picturesque setting that enhances the overall experience.
The atmosphere around me is lively yet tranquil, striking a perfect balance that allows one to relax while still feeling connected to the world. I can hear the soft chatter of people enjoying their day nearby, but it doesn’t intrude on my peaceful moment.
Additionally, the fact that there’s parking available right at the sideway makes it so convenient for me to visit this wonderful spot. I can easily come and go without the stress of searching for a place to park.
This combination of elements—a good book, a comforting drink, and a perfect environment—truly encapsulates what happiness means to me in this beautiful city.

Perfect flat white coffee, which was really appreciated as we'd just landed from Australia. Great service, and the fresh cooked berry scone and friands were divine. Cosy booth seating too.

As usual I was driving between sessions and hungry and just went to whatever coffee shop was close to me. I loved the vibe and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I ordered my coffee and then they had a breakfast sandwich, which I am a connoisseur of breakfast sandwiches and I also got some of their chocolate chip walnut cookies. They offered me water while I waited for my order to be ready and when I got the coffee I was very happy as it was so good. I got the sandwich and it Is a perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover. It looks like a plain sandwich but it is so flavorful and delicious!
I will definitely be back!
Best coffee ☕️ Great staff
Watered down ice latte. Depressing coffee.

Love the homemade almond milk! Cozy place.
The best Italian food
They typically have one or two vegan baked goods, but it's the same thing every time. Go for the coffee and that's about it.
Like the tea. Good vibe. Wish they had more food choices.
Kind staff!
