Calm relaxed and good service
Very Straya.
It hits.
Love the vibes if this place. Not the biggest selection of bakery related items but decent coffee and place to stop on your bile route.
Great little shop super nice staff we are doing the roof and they gave us free coffee and we're very patient with the process of loading roof
The team even let us come early before opening. Highly recommend! Tyler and Rita are amazing.
Staff is weirdly elitist, and persistently rude.
Lovely cafe, great tasting coffee + food - very friendly staff!

The staff at Enroute have the amazing ability to make you feel like an idiot. They say that road cycling is notoriously unwelcoming and the bike shop here lives up to that name. I've had two bad experiences here and my wife came back angry the other day, so at least they're consistent. Every sport needs their novices, and I'm sure you need customers too. Do better.

Went in to ask for advice, person behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Walked out without making a purchase but it seemed they wanted it that way!

Not sure about the coffee or food but don't take your bike here. Guy behind the counter doesn't even know how the bike pump works. Had to show him how to switch from presta to Schrader valves. Couldn't get the pump to latch on. Turns out I needed a new tube. I would have purchased one from there if the guy had taken a minute to get off his computer to help the only customer in the store.
Came in there once before about a year ago to get my brakes adjusted on a vintage road bike. They told me I needed a new bike. Fixed it myself later on with a used part from our community bikes.
I am not sending this review to be malicious. Just think if you're a bike shop you might want to know some basic bike knowledge.

I’ve snagged some good deals on products here. Had an issue with a Zipp stem and they swapped it right away.
As a coffee shop this place is pretty nice. I recommend the hot chocolate and matcha. With the bike racks, it becomes especially nice for a cyclist. I am not in their target demographics with expensive bikes and kits, but the coffee shop aspect is still a nice experience for me.
I don’t have much experience with the retail side, but have purchased tires and accessories from the shop that aren’t available in shops around vancouver and/or competitively priced. The only time I did ask for advice (about compatibility of a direct mount derailleur hanger with my bike), I was given confidently wrong advice, but it’s a really niche case, so I wouldn’t hold it against them too much.

The coffee is great and the place is nice, but it’s a shame that the people are always in a bad mood and they are not friendly at all. They don’t even try to help you. We have been there a couple of times and definitely will not be back.

The place is beautiful and the coffee is excellent. It’s just hard to buy there because the staff is not friendly and make you feel bad when you want to try something or are asking for help. I think if the staff were friendlier it could be a great cafe ?
great pastries!
