As a coffee shop this place is pretty nice. I recommend the hot chocolate and matcha. With the bike racks, it becomes especially nice for a cyclist. I am not in their target demographics with expensive bikes and kits, but the coffee shop aspect is still a nice experience for me.

I don’t have much experience with the retail side, but have purchased tires and accessories from the shop that aren’t available in shops around vancouver and/or competitively priced....

Great service, great staff, and welcoming environment. On the bike side, the Enroute team has helped me out of a jam several times this summer due to mechanical issues and get me back riding as soon as possible. On the cafe side, the staff are great - eager to get to know you by name, with great coffee and pastries. Overall, great place to hang out, engage with the vibrant local cycling community, get your bike serviced by their expert mechanic, and drink good coffee.

I've been spending time in this shop for a year now and I am more than a little suspicious of some of the negative reviews, lol. Seb, Jonas, Chito, and all the other employees have never been anything but great to me and I've spent enough time in the shop to see their interactions with other customers, and they've all matched mine.
