Decided to try it so I came here for a quick study at 5pm, plugged my car in, took my laptop out and bummer, lights were on but it was closed to the public.
I sit to look for other places outside of home to study, and i assume the owner gave me a death stare before leaving his car parked next to mine and drove away (?)
Sir, my car takes less than 1$ and 4h to fully charge, stop making a big fuzz out of it 🤦♂️

I purchased a bag of Ethical Bean Coffee from Costco Nanaimo and put the beans in my electric coffee grinder. The grinder got stuck and I noticed that there was a black piece of plastic mixed in with the beans, about the size of a marble. I contacted Ethical Bean Coffee via email, and never received a response. Shortly after realizing they were not interested in responding to my email about a compromised bag of coffee, my wife messaged them on Instagram. She, too, was ignored.
I won’t be purchasing any EB coffee moving forward. They clearly don’t care about the quality control of their product, or about responding to customer concerns and feedback.

I picked up a To Good To Go bag that has a value of $21. In it was a rock hard pastry and a box of individual coffee packets. Website says the coffee is $10.99 so does that make the pastry $10 in value? I feel like I paid full price. No deal hear very disappointed, please do not advertise one thing then give the customer something else.

Love coming here as it is quiet and central but ….cell service isn’t great in that location for whatever reasons …. and your guest wifi is worse. Sometimes I try to use the wifi for 20 mins for work and I can’t get anything done. Perhaps you prefer it that way ?

Love their coffee but ORDER IT FROM AMAZON! They ship Canada Post, and my order of over $100 was never delivered. (I was home all day, and literally outside at the time they claim it was delivered.) Reached out to the company, and they just said it should be delivered. I have been offered no compensation nor have they offered to re-ship my order.So do yourself a favour, and order their coffee through Amazon. At least you can get your money back if they deliver it to the wrong house!
