Check expiration dates as they have a lot of expired products on the shelves. I wanted to buy salmon but it expired last year.

this is a store of European goods. There is everything you love, a lot of Ukrainian goods and European goods. Nice, friendly sellers. The store is clean. My family loves this store because they have fish and dumplings

I dont shop here often but each time I'm here I am made to feel very uncomfortable. The shop is small enough for the sale person seeing me from being the counter. However she made a point to walk from behing the counter all the way to where we were shopping and stood there watching us. We were in shop literally just 1 min by this point trying to decide what we want. I was treated as if I was about to steal something... The store across the street is much better. They even have polish products that Euro store does not!

We have been living in Vancouver for 14 years and every time we tell ourselves that we will NEVER buy anything there again, we usually buy from Ukrainian guys in Alenka or on Burrard street in Ukrainian. But very rarely, when passing by, we stop and buy something, unfortunately here at Bidwell - there is always something missing, something expired, the service is also “cold” and not friendly. Owners are Russian.

I've shopped here as a last resort. The staff here are poorly trained, they have no idea about anything they sell. I bought some salami and it was moldy in 2 days. I asked for German type mustard and they gave me ginger mustard. I guess German and ginger are the same to them? My family is Austrian so I've been to all kinds of delis. I wish this place would improve it's quality. Be careful what you buy. The Iranian deli across the road is better.

Sometimes stale fish (salted herring). But canned tomatoes with cucumbers are just WOW?.Prices for some products are exorbitant. But when you go there and see a lot of “homemade” products, then prices cease to matter)))

Have been to this store not once but twice buying sweets by weight. Both times found white MAGGOTS after opening. Ew!

I don’t recommend buying bird’s milk candies by weight, the seller highly recommended taking these “just received” ones, but they turned out to be old and made in Russia, although the seller spoke in Ukrainian. I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness and where they were produced.
