Hey, why say the tables are dirty. The owner is very busy ordering for everyone, serving everyone, gracious and polite and the tables get wiped when people finish and leave. Putting your dishes in the dish bin is not a big deal and if you left them on the table, he would clean up after you. it is my go to place with neighbourhood people, students and it fills up very quickly at breakfast and lunch. The fact that it still exist in the high end pretentiousness of the changing...

I always passed by this spot when waiting for the 99 and I finally tried it for lunch! It’s very cozy and it seems like there’s a lot of regulars who know the owners by name. This cafe really seems to bring together the community and it was lovely seeing that during the weekday lunch hour. It seems like the construction workers start lunch at noon and then nearing one, students from the nearby school get their lunch there too.

This is such a great little restaurant. Not a lot of seating but the food is fresh and quick, made to order. Had the banana pancakes and they were fantastic!! Def will visit again! 😀
