Masha makes the best falafel best Lebanese cook in Vancouver for sure. Also the cleaning lady abdulihad is a great cleaner a keeps the restaurant in tiptop shape.

First, look at how much meat they put in the shawarma. IT'S A LOT. Not only that, the wrap itself is massive. It's a really filling meal. I had it for the first time today and will definitely have it again.
Really great prices AND great food, especially comparing with the alternatives nearby.

Leaving my previous comments below. This guy has been serving deliciously cooked Shawarma for years. Glad I went back Had a great shawarma plate w/rice, taboukeh, hummus & pita. I prefer their tahini over the “garlic sauce” that many places offer. And keep yer damn fries out of my wrap! There’s a new place up the street that just opened and is the new novelty but I’d still go to The King first(provided they’re open). Sorry, no pictures.

I’m there at 7:25 and was ready to order. Guy say to go only. I asked when they closed. 8:00. Not interested in standing outside eating a wrap in 4 degree weather. Says here you close at 8:30. Sorry, never again unless I’m desperate and it’s before the news hour.

Probably one of the tastiest shawarma in Vancouver. Got the shawarma plate and asked for garlic paste, which complemented well the marinated chicken on bed of rice with tahini and fresh hummus and tabouleh salad sides.

$15 seemed like a fair price as the portion was very filling. I'll be back.

I'd love it if they'd serve lamb shawarma too!

I drop in from time to time and the whole family is working hard making customers happy.

Today, my chicken wrap was amazing. They arent cheap with the chicken or the toppings. The chicken is very flavourful. It is very delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a delicious meal at a very reasonable price.
