I came here before I biked the Stanley Park seawall, & you can tell when a place is good when there is a line. The sandwich I originally wanted was already out for the day, so I got the farmer's lunch, and it was good! I will be back when I am in Vancouver again, but not around lunchtime!

Good place to go for lunch, especially for their a Friday specials. 4 starts as we asked for sandwich to be lightly toasted but it was fully toasted. Other size the portion is great and the list of included toppings is extensive.

The ingredients I received could have been delicious, but it was only a fraction of what I'd ordered & on the wrong bread. Not sure how two slices of pastrami qualifies as a pastrami sandwich.

If you are in a hurray and you are on lunch break DON"T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. The staff appear to be bumbling along and tripping over themselves. If you order a bun sandwich it will take FOREVER to get it ready for you. Save time say I don't want it heated. The outlet is in the Royal Centre Mall. The whole area was Hot, over heated, over crowded like some huge asian city. Lineups for everything people waiting and waiting. Once we got out sandwiches there was not place to sit even if we had wanted to stay. We left...and won't be back to the Deli or the Royal Centre Mall.

Great sandwich, a little confusing to order they charge extra wasnt sure of the price ended up paying over 10.00 for a sandwich and a water. Be cautious when buying their diet pops they are expired way past a safe consumption.
