I’ve generally had good experiences here, but today an older Latina lady with a ponytail was rude and tried to guilt me into tipping. It’s wild to ask for tips when you’re already charging restaurant prices for food court food. Please remind staff to stay professional and not ask for tips.

Went there Sunday before my flight…. Worst experience ever. Had severe food poisoning I threw up twice in the plane. Right after I finish my food (noodles, black pepper steak and bbq chicken) my stomach started acting up and I got nauseous. I never felt that sick so quickly. DO NOT EAT THERE!

Do not eat here. I have tried them 3 times. The first time, their steamed rice was awful. Interestingly, the simplest item was not cooked properly. The last time i ordered eggplant with pork and sweet/sour pork. The eggplant was good. The sweet and sour pork was rock hard. My fork could not pierce the meat. It was like chewing ice. I suspect that it was day old and reheated. Day old refried meat. Do not waste your money.

Took 20 minutes to make the dish, they said it was made fresh. That said, the noodles were good but the chicken was definitely not cooked fresh. Not worth the wait, really.
To improve: if you're going to cook fresh why not cook the chicken fresh? You don't get return customers if you reheat, especially if you claim it's freshly cooked...

The food is terrible here. The chicken was overcooked, Probably was made hours before serving. Rice was hard and crunchy and the vegetables where cold and disgusting. Don't waste your money here.
Ordered from Uber on a 2 for 1 special not realizing it was a mall location. Food is terrible. Chicken (Sesame is tough, day or two old?) Sweet and sour pork has barely any sauce and slightly less tough. One goid thing was the sweet and sour soup. Fried rice was one worst I have ever seen and tasted. Poorly mixed with dried up dessicated Lima beans and corn. Severely disappointed even for mall restaurant. Will never orde r again. Up your game "Famous Wok." Trying to figure out how to get a refund on Uber!!!

The (Famous Wok) is my favourite place for Chinese food ?, and the other thing is that their serving is so fast than other store . The customer is not waiting too long this is the best point . And also yesterday , I got my lunch and dinner from there it was really good I really enjoyed. So almost everyday my food is from this store it’s really delicious ?. Chinese food is the best ever .

I recently had lunch from Famous Wok and had a terrible experience. After eating there, I became very sick and experienced severe stomach pain. This is unacceptable, and I believe places like this should be closed rather than open. I will be filing a complaint with the local authorities about this issue.
