The food was amazing! Great, friendly service. Just a small restaurant, but I prefer that. Like trying new things? The centery egg was actually quite good!

Such nice flavors, the service is excellent and the place is clean and comfy. Definitely I'll back for more.
I stayed at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and found nearby Fat Mao quite by chance. Arriving late...almost closing time, I didn't get to order their famed Khao Soi Chicken Curry Noodle ( they ran out ) and had to settle for a lesser but not at all the least choice. Too good. Only downside is not much sitting space.

The beef soup had good flavors, service was good, but portion was quite small for the price. Just wished it was bigger portion.

This is a delicious pho restaurant that suits the Japanese palate.
This is the best choice of Thai's noodle.
You must try pork meat ball and Som tum.
Staffs are kind and polite. The taste is so THAI STYLE (spicy). Strongly recommend!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Good, even if the soups are very unrelated in the end you eat the meat, noodles and vegetables separately, too much parsley.
However, everything is of excellent quality but not to my taste.
Excellent service.

A great spot for a warm bowl of noodles! I love the noodle customizations that are available and was pleasantly surprised by how flavourful the soups were.

Had a wonderful experience at Fat Mao Noodles! The seats were really comfortable, making the dining experience quite relaxing. I tried the Tom Yam Goong soup noodles and they were exceptional – the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the noodles were so good you could literally drink them up! Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive.

Their food is SO good. I’ve had the Khao Soi Chicken Curry a few times now and it tastes heavenly every time. I don’t even have a picture of it because I ate it before I could even remember to take a photo. Just imagine it. The most beautiful bowl of noodles with the richest broth and the most tender chicken. LOVE IT. Also recommend the Milo Roti for dessert. Their Roti with curry is exception as well but the Milo Roti is very unique!

Fat Mao Noodles: A Spicy Sanctuary in Vancouver's Chinatown 🍜🔥✨
With Vancouver’s temperatures dipping below freezing ❄️🥶, I was craving something warm and comforting, which led me back to Fat Mao Noodles in Chinatown. 🍜🏮 Arriving right at 11:30 AM when they opened, I was surprised to see the place already half full—clearly, I wasn’t the only one looking for a soul-warming meal! 🍲🔥 The moment I stepped inside, the rich aroma of simmering broths filled the air, instantly making me even hungrier. 🤤✨
I went for the Khao Soi Chicken Curry and Tom Yum Goong, and wow—both were absolute flavor bombs! 💥🍛 The Khao Soi had the perfect balance of creamy, spicy curry with tender chicken, making every bite ridiculously satisfying. 🥢🍗 The Tom Yum Goong was an explosion of tangy, spicy goodness, packed with fresh shrimp and fragrant herbs that had me sweating like I just finished a workout! 🌶️🔥💦 Definitely the kind of heat you welcome on a freezing day! 🥵🍤
The cozy atmosphere, combined with the friendly and efficient staff, made the entire experience even better. 😊👏 Fat Mao Noodles continues to be my go-to spot for rich, flavorful broths that warm you from the inside out. 🍜❤️ If you’re looking for a seriously satisfying bowl of noodles in Vancouver, this place is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back for another spicy, soul-warming meal! 🔥🍲🥄
