The staff in this location are very professional. The cook is always on point. The ladies at the cash register are always super nice and remembers the regulars orders. They greet you with a beautiful smile that is very welcoming. I love how they bring you your order to your table like a restaurant. It's not only a burger joint but more like a restaurant. Thank you to the whole staff, you make us feel very welcome 🙏

I went to Fatburger on Tuesday and ordered a burger. I got it quicker than expected, but realized it was because it was flattened to almost nothing on the grill. The burger patty was falling apart and the toppings were all over the place...It was like eating a sloppy Joe. The cook needs some training because that burger was nowhere near thick enough to stay in the bun. This is usually a good place to go, but after noticing this issue a couple of times, I may need to go elsewhere.

10/10 Super nice friendly service (from counter staff AND cook!) and food was textbook fresh and delicious. Love this place as it's still pretty reasonably priced at under $19 for a 1/4lb cheeseburger combo (fries/pop). Thank you!

I had such a great experience at this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish was cooked perfectly and served at just the right temperature. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation made everything look even more appetizing.
The staff were super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the atmosphere really welcoming. I also loved how clean and cozy the space felt—it’s the kind of spot where you can relax and truly enjoy your meal.
