UPDATE (20240215): I emailed "ithink..." address (per "owners" response) three days ago and nothing - no reply at all - hence not a serious issue to them... a smoke screen to make it seem like they care... Don't Be Fooled. Minus 1 star (and I rarely go this low in my ratings).I have been a regular (takeout) customer for some time until I had the misfortune of biting into something very hard. Not realizing until after I finished my meal did I discover that the object had cracked my tooth with a large chunk falling off/out.I called and explained what happened but, as might be expected all I got was "sorry, about that..."The bill to fix my tooth was $300.Ironically, I've spent $316.30 at Fatburger (Davie) since October 1st, 2023; and was a regular even before that...An expensive "last meal" it was.

They have good combo deals on their website and so fast in preparing the online order. The straight up cheeseburger and cheese bacon burgers were delicious but there’s still room for improvement with the texture of ground beef.

Customer service at this location is horrendous. If you are waiting in line the cashier will literally serve people behind you who just came in the door. Disgraceful. I waited until they were done gathering food for the person behind me to let them know how disgraceful their customer service is.
It is not hygienic and the whole place smells so horrible!!!

I walked in without much expectations. The menu is a bit overwhelming, from burgers (obviously) to fish and chips, hot dogs, poutine, wings, shakes, lots of stuff going on there. Anyway, I ordered the basic "fatburger." I was not disappointed. Not meat heavy at all, but very fresh, very tasty. I was surprised. Not a burger like I've had often before. The fries were just OK.I'd definitely go again. A place to go when you're hungry.
