Went down on a quick break just to get some fries and boneless bites. Should take like 5 to 10 minutes or so to make them, and it was slow so no other customers were waiting. The people they had in the back were completely incompetent moving at a snails pace with thousand yard stares. I had to ask the older man who came back from his break about my order and he went into the back and turns out my simple order of fries and boneless bites was just sitting in front of the worker in the back but he was just staring at it. The older worker then handed him the sauce for the boneless bites and this younger guy COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE BOTTLE. If it wasn't for the older worker who was very helpful I doubt I would've ever gotten my order. At the end it took over 20 minutes for order of just fries and bites, good luck if they have more than 1 customer and hope you have a LOT of time available.

Thanks to my boyfriend I was able to reflect and think that those who work there also have a bad day and a lot of stress so everything is fine only that I ordered 2 hamburgers and they only gave me one. But all good and delicious hamburger says my boyfriend 10/10 happy day

The service was good. But staff didn’t inform that they don’t have all the ingredients of the burger I asked and subbed it. Sometimes, you’re looking for that 1 specific ingredient which makes the whole thing much much better. So, the burger turned out to be average. They gave me a buzzer thing for when the food is ready. That didn’t ring either. Made a visit on a friend’s recommendation.

I ordered from this place last month, the order was wrong, didn't get a receipt. My order was two orders of curly fries, a bacon cheese fat burger and a classic fat burger, and a cookie and cream shake which they got right, coffee was made the wrong way. Not sure how to feel when my wrong order was 1 curly fries, 2 classic fat burger, coffee the shake being good, doesn't excuse the fact my order came to $41.80 or something like that, how does the price add up to the wrong order?
Also woman working there did not give me a receipt.. looks like I can't get anything but best to avoid if you are ordering for you and a person you want to treat, I refuse to come back here.
Because I paid by cash and I was debating making a review, yeah nothing can be done, I'll go to another fatburger, I got my order right when the workers don't have memory problems, two orders of curlyfries isn't so bad, what is bad is having someone not understand English so well that your order gets messed up. Your staff should always give a receipt. Lesson learned avoid this messy location. I am going to try the Granville location and prey they don't screw up or I'll have to make a horrible review.

Located inside the Harbor Center, there’s a comfortable, spacious area to enjoy our meal. We ordered a double cheeseburger and a Hawaiian burger. The patties were juicy and a bit greasy, which made them enjoyable. However, the patty in the cheeseburger was a bit bland.

The rude worker at the counter wanted to insist on how I wanted my food and what I wanted on it; no "free" extra items as advertised were available, not to mention the cook standing there picking her nose. The mall is filled with bums and druggies doing drugs and pulling their hotdogs in the bathroom, and really iognorant students spying on what you are doing on your laptop with no respect for a tourist's privacy. The mall security guards were kind and tried doing their job, however, and the mall cleaner somehow keeps the place clean. This Fatburger just doesn't care about a customer's choice of food or cleanliness, and it probably should when a tourist wants a $15 burger and $6 side of fries along with an $8 shake. $29 plus tax, I am glad to not spend it. Try the awesome East Indian food or Wok in the same food court, as it is half that price, great 5-star food, and nice workers.
