Start off by mentioning we're from the States and eat a burger about every 14.3 minutes, so I consider myself an expert.
We stopped in after a long day of paddling and hiking, unknowingly right at close (realized is as we were waiting for the food). We had 3 burgers, shared a chocolate shake, and the poutine fries with maple bacon and onions. All were excellent. The best fast-food burger I've had in a while, to be honest.
When they brought the food out they apologized for the wait, but there was no need. It was less than 10mins, at closing, and our food was fresh.
Skip the McD's down the road and come to the Fat Burger! It's what Ice Cube would do.

Im not from hinton so not much I can do now but I stopped in there on my way to Edmonton and asked for no onions and I seen the guy putting in the computer and several miles down the road I decided to pull over and eat well I got 2 bits and realized there's onions on it so I couldn't finish it and nothing else to eat for miles never going back again even if I come back to hinton 0 stars if I could eat the screen before u make the burger
Wonderful food and amazing service. Can’t say much about the atmosphere since I typically go through the drive thru, but great nonetheless, awesome barbecue and mushroom mozza burgers and some of the best chicken strips I’ve had anywhere
