I’ve been here lots and never been disappointed like this. The female counter employee was confused by everything we said, while we were just ordering off the menu, nothing crazy. We live in Hinton so we know she’s not new. She messed up our entire order, gave me a completely different burger than I ordered and messed up my toppings. Gave me toppings I didn’t want and left out the things I wanted. The burger was cold and dry. Probably won’t be back now.

Got takeout and the gravy was cold - like not even warm, just cold. It's like they pulled it from the fridge and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds, when it really needed a full minute. Hawaiian burger was good though.

Unfortunately it's gone down hill...Worst burger I've had and inedible chili cheese fries ~ chilli was burnt. Total waste of money. Ended up throwing out most of the meal. Very disappointed as previous visits were excellent.Counter staff were excellent ?

The staff here was amazing. Very friendly. They thought they took too long with the food (they didn't, but the staff felt they did), so they brought us free mini donuts. The food was pretty good, probably the best fast food burger I've had, but the staff really sets this place apart.

Stopped at Fatburger 2 weeks ago during a Blizzard and had the Best Service and Food I have had in years! I forgot how Exceptional there products are!! The Burgers are the Best and the Chili Dog is to die for! The Staff deserves every Dollar in Tips you can Afford too!
