Fatburger Waterfront Centre

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was overall disappointing. I ordered a double cheeseburger, 10 wings, and a bag of fries. The fries are a good portion and taste fine.
The burger lacks flavor, and you quickly understand why it’s called Fatburger - you actually taste the fat and the grease is literally dripping out with every bite. As for the wings, they weren't freshl, were very small and tasted a bit off. Definitely not worth the price.
The total came to $38, which felt extremely overpriced for the quality of what was served. Only the fries are worth the price. Overall, not a great value.

Love Fatburger. Was a little disappointed to find they have removed their hot dog from the menu. Had a mushroom mozzarella burger . Best fast food burger around and prices similar to all the rest.

I have been suggested to try fatburger and today I decided to try it out. It was not like I expected I found it similar to other places with higher price. Service was good and clean place.

Excellent place if you are on a budget. I got a bag of fries and a side of gravy for $7.49. It was filling! I will be coming back here another time to get a burger or chicken strips as well. Overall, the place is good in all aspects. Highly recommend.

I asked for no pickles, but my burger still came with something that looked like pickles. When I asked about it, they told me it was relish. Since relish is made from pickles, I honestly think this should have been clarified when taking the order, especially because the ingredients weren’t listed — I had no reason to expect relish in it. This part alone would’ve been an understandable happening.

What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude when I mentioned it. She had an AirPod in one ear and just said, “It’s relish,” then walked away. Whether it’s relish or pickles, the point is that I still received something I didn’t want, and the response felt dismissive. I ended up going back to the counter to ask for a knife so I could remove it myself.

Wearing AirPods while working is one thing, but not taking them out even when talking to a customer is definitely a problem. I was really disappointed with the way she handled the situation.

This restaurant was very clean, and the staff are very attentive and kind.

The food was delicious and the best part, a beer in a food court.
