Awesome Service and Tasty Food at Fatburger! (Updated)

visited Fatburger and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service. A big thank you to Isha and Sukh for being so professional and friendly throughout. They made sure everything was perfect and provided service with a smile. It’s great to see such dedication to customer care. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the fantastic service!

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!
I had a disappointing experience at Fatburger on August 30th, and I feel it needs to be addressed. As a regular customer, I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this time was frustrating. I ordered two King burgers at 7:10 pm, well before closing at 8 pm. By 7:25 pm, I was given a to-go package and told I needed to eat outside because they were closing soon. I've already told him I wanted to eat inside at check-in time.
This felt rushed and unnecessary since there was still plenty of time and there were other customers sitting and eating their dinner with no rush.

To make matters worse, the burgers I received were not what I ordered. Instead of King burgers, I got regular burgers, which was frustrating since I had already left the store and couldn’t return to fix the mistake.

I ordered a fatburger with cheese, which is the same as the name of the restaurant. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the burger has a patty soaked in oil. The finely chopped onions enhance the taste and add a chewy texture. The cheese melts well into the patty, giving the cheeseburger a rich flavor. I also ordered french fries and it was just the right amount. It was delicious too.
I came here during lunch time, but since it is popular, it took a while to order. There are plenty of seats in the store, so it's good to eat there when the food comes out. There are quite a few stores in other countries as well.

The food and service is ok here but I prefer five guys bc their burgers are bigger for less money and their fries are fresh cut not frozen.

I had a delicious veggie burger made by Karan and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Karan, for making such a tasty burger. I highly recommend it—only $10 and it completely satisfied my hunger. ?

For 17 dollars for a breakfast you figure they could afford you use butter not margarine on the toast. Bleh

Ordered 2 tenders with Hot Sauce and 2 curly lemon pepper fries, got plain tenders with no sauce whatsoever and curly fries with a touch of cajun. Very disappointed.
