I’ve tried lots of other meal deliveries but I needed better portion control help and balanced meals to support my very active and exercise heavy but menopausal body. I’ve lost 20 pounds and have never felt hungry OR been bored with meals. On top of that - the customer service at Fed is top notch. Recommend 110%

I have been using Fed for a few months now, and I am extremely impressed. Impressed enough that I wish I could give 6 stars. With Fed, old-fashioned customer service is back. They go out of their way to make everything easy and customer-friendly. I love that I am not locked into a meal plan or subscription; I can easily change my preferences or pause delivery from week to week with no issues. I get a reminder email every week letting me know whether or not I have a delivery scheduled, with a link embedded right in the email, taking me exactly to the order management page. No tricks, no guesswork, no hassles. Everything is transparent and up-front. Any time I have had a question or special request, someone gets back to me within 24 hours, and often faster. Not an automated, generic response, but a human being understanding and responding to my unique questions/requests. Delivery is easy because they provide a delivery window, and then text you when they are within an hour away. The food is delicious. The individual meals are great, but the family-sized dinners are spectacular. Really, restaurant quality. There are three levels of daily calorie counts you can choose from, depending on your appetite, budget, and calorie goals. I've chosen the highest calorie count and find the portions huge. Often I can't finish the whole thing, and have leftovers for later. The meals are great fresh, but also freeze well. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the packaging. I am so impressed that so much of the packaging is recyclable. There is very little waste. I've tried other meal delivery companies, and have never had an experience like I've had with Fed. Top-notch.

Used to be great when I started over a year ago, but recent meals have been very unappetizing, mostly just consisted of a poorly cooked meat + mix of red cabbage, onion, red pepper. I ended up having to feed the last two packages to my dogs. The customer service, however, has been consistently great.

Their customer service is absolutely outstanding! I have had pleasant interactions with everyone that I have come across in the company. They go out of their way and the extra mile for their customer. I highly recommend them to all of my friends. The meals are tasty, high-quality, healthy, very convenient, and multiple deliveries throughout the week is helpful. Getting this type of meal service is a great idea and a worthwhile investment, especially for busy professionals!

I joined Fed's diabetes stream because I couldn't get control of my nutrition and was at high risk for a heart attack and stroke due to my cholesterol and triglycerides.
