I have ordered weekly meals for myself, the Medium calorie choice, as I was previously ordering low calorie and I was losing weight. That's okay but I wanted more food so moved to the Medium category, more food but not more cost. What's not to love about that! I have also ordered holiday meals several times now, so easy for large groups, heat and serve! My guests all thought the food to be excellent! I will continue to buy single serve meals for myself, so easy. And healthy. I double up on dinner meals for dinner with my besties! I highly recommend Fed for the quality of the food, well priced for what you receive. I should also mention their customer service. Twice I have given feedback, made requests, and their customer service team is very responsive and added some changes based on my feedback. I really appreciate that the company listens to their customers and takes action. My requests were to add more mashed potatoes to holiday meals (I have some hungry men in the family), protein portions are perfect. I also suggested adding sides so we can order more of a specific item to the holiday meals and they added side dishes! I will never go back to one of the food delivery services that requires time in the kitchen and lots of mess to make meals. This company has figured out that being competitive with costs while offering heat and serve, delicious high quality foods is what many customers want. They also use a lot of sustainable packaging and have a policy of zero waste. I really like knowing that this company is environmentally responsive. And they split the deliveries into twice a week so your food is really fresh. Negatives? I honestly have none to offer! And, typically, I will have some critiques of any product or service. Not in this case. Good job Fed!

Fed truly deliver s “Food on Autopilot”. Meals are flavourful and it’s nice to know they are nutritionally balanced. Tonight’s dinner, Salmon with Roasted Vegetables and Quinoa was delicious. Tasted like fine dining rather than food delivery

Absolutely horrific. Firstly, this meal prep establishment simply doesn't know how to induce flavor into their meals. From what we observed from our first bite - If you like absolute bland, small portioned, flavorless, low quality food then this is certainly the place for you!
I first ordered a 3 day plan and started with the breakfast meal and even with the added sauce and toppings for it STILL offered absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I was such in shock by the texture and flavor that my high hopes were cut in half.
I then moved along to the lunch meal later that day where then upon opening the meal I quickly observed that the pork was HIGHLY undercooked which then in immediate disgust and terror, I quickly threw away the meal AND all my other 2 days worth of meals after that because I was traumatized with the potential contamination of undercooked pork and proteins.
This is a caution to anyone interested in ordering from this company because there is obviously something not right in the back of house and or chef. Quality assurance should be taken seriously especially with the proper cooking of meats and this place obviously does not prioritize the importance of that!
Never will I and or my family be ordering from this establishment ever again. Thank you.

My physician husband, and I, (Registered Nurse), have very busy lives and meal preparation always ends up taking a back seat. We have tried a few other meal service providers over the years with luke warm experiences. Although I am not diabetic I thought that the diabetic diet approach was worth exploring. We are 3 weeks into our experience and can honestly say that for the first time I actually wake up in the morning looking forward to my meals. In particular I have noticed that the chef are very creative in their use of seasonings. The other night found myself remarkably impressed by a Sole dinner with kale which I would have other wise turned my nose up to. However in this instance I found myself wondering what the heck the chef had seasoned the kale with to make this otherwise greens adverse person enjoy it so much. I am also a fan of their packaging and labeling and honestly cannot see myself tiring of their meals anytime soon. They have not only simplified my life immeasurably they are genuinely feeding the two of us remarkably well.

Fed has been a great option for my wife and I to have affordable pre-cooked fresh meals ready to go anytime we need them. They are also very well balanced so that we're able to ensure we're getting proper nutrition and calorie intake for every meal. I've never been great at tracking these things very well so Fed has taken the guess work out of it for me which I very much appreciate. That along with the amount of variety that is available on the menu has kept us from getting bored as quickly as we have with other food prep companies in our area. We will be continuing to stick with Fed for the foreseeable future. :)

Pleasantly surprised! After doing some research on different companies, I went with Fed both because of the great selection of meals within my meal needs and because they are one of the less expensive options. Usually with the less expensive options you expect smaller serving sizes, less quality ingredients, and just overall not as good of a meal.
I was so wrong! The meals have been incredibly delicious and very filling! I wish I signed up sooner. This saves me so much time, energy, and mental load of planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning.
HUGE fan, highly recommend! I look forward to each new meal I try and have yet to be any less than thrilled with each meal!

I’ve been wanting to try Fed for awhile and finally placed an order this week for lunches and dinners. So far it’s been consistently bad and I’m quite disappointed. Everything is bland with no flavour, no salt pepper or seasonings are used. The chicken and beef were both overcooked and dry and almost hard to eat. It seems a bit cheaply thrown together. I won’t be ordering again sadly.

I decided to give this a try because I was having surgery and needed something healthy while I recovered. First week was okay but over time it just got very monotonous because every meal comes with some sort of mayo or cream sauce. Beef dishes had huge amounts of fat, steak over cooked and I personally am not a fan of cheese on fish. After about a month I couldn’t give the meals away because everyone was pretty tired of mayo, cream and cheese. Once a week sure but at every single meals it’s just too much. Also most meals are missing things like salt. Even the tofu dishes come with something of cream or mayo. I ended up cancelling because I just can’t eat it anymore.
I really like the food but the fact that you can't turn off the auto-renew is infuriating. I would like to decide when I want an order and when I don't. I'm not the kind of person who remembers dates of when to clear the order causing me to have to accept countless meals that I didn't want over the years. If this feature was changed then I would give 5 stars.

I love how I can have my own profile and my partner can have his own but billed under the same information and shipped to same address. They label all of his meals with his name, and my meals with my name which makes fridge organizing SO easy. I love that you can choose the size of your meals and they have the BEST Keto meals I have ever tried in a meal prep service. The sauces are to die for.

My mother ordered fed for about 2 weeks. She said the food was tasteless, had no salt and no flavor. It claims they make the food fresh but doesn’t taste fresh at all. I have been trying fed for a week now and it's safe to say that I love it. It's fun for my girlfriend and I to share meals and learn ingredients that are new to us. The food is rarely unpalatable and in fact many meals are restaurant flavor quality while being super healthy.
The only food that I didn't like was the apple cinnamon chia breakfast bowl because the plant based protein kinda tasted like sand. But it'd be an understatement to say that everything else I've had is super unique and yummy. My favorites are the Pulled pork Burrito bowl, Chicken pasta primavera, and Cod with pineapple salsa.
The website they have is super easy to use, the boss called me personally to confirm my address, and they have an insane algorithm that when u want to make a substitution, they suggest meals with similar nutrition as the one u replaced. They make the food just for u the week of. It's awesome and I'm gonna use this for a long time. I just hope this stays affordable and doesn't get too expensive ?

We just had our first order and both loved it! We decided to place another order and find it helps a lot for not eating out dinner on the weekends in particular. You can tell the food is fresh and high quality. All the meals we have had so far have tasted great. The delivery is very convenient too, you get a text and can track to see when the order will arrive
