I seriously love FED. The meals are delicious, and fresh, the customer service is personable, and it has just made healthy eating (with variety) so easy with a busy schedule. If it wasn’t for FED I’d probably just be eating cottage cheese straight out of the carton hahaha.
Been a subscriber for about 6 months, and have loved how easy and flexible it is to manage deliveries or holiday breaks.
I have also used the subscription as a gift when friends needed a little support or a thank you.
I swear it’s actually more affordable than grocery shopping in Vancouver. It feels like really good value.

We love Fed! It’s been a lifeline during a very busy time (new parents). Having readymade meals has been a game changer. The Fed meals are for the most part quite tasty and appropriately sized, and you’re able to note down requirements (e.g. no beef) and they automatically integrate that into the meal. They do twice a week delivery, which is great, as the meals you’re eating throughout the week are all fresh. 10/10 would recommend!

This is one of the great place to order food specially when it comes to healthy food, I have been ordering food since last three month. It is so convenient for me to save my time. The taste is so good. It is so delicious. I can eat this thing for entire day without any hesitation great taste great service and no complaints.I must say you guys should go for this weekly meal plan.

Fed is a very good choice for prepared meals in Vancouver, especially for busy professionals, folks who want diet-focused convenience, or as a supplement to your weekly meal plan. The freshness, delivery logistics, and menu variety are strong assets.
However, if you’re someone who is very disciplined about macros (e.g., for muscle building, sports recovery, or strict nutrition goals) you might occasionally find the “protein” component somewhat fuzzy, advertised grams may not always equal the expectations/quality set by appearance or past experiences.
In the picture below a considerable portion of beef was just Fat. I had to throw it away.

Man, I cannot say enough good things about this food delivery service. They ship my meals Monday to Saturday. Meals arrive on time and perfectly packed to my home in Toronto. The variety of healthy choice is excellent and portions are very good. The price is very affordable. FED has definitely become my ghost chef and my family especially the kids love love love their meals. I definitely appreciate them keeping me sorted on meals that are healthy. The only thing I'm sad about is there are choices that are sooo good and I would like to order the following week but cannot because the menu changes weekly! One will never get bored with this company. No I literally don't stress at the grocery store or about cooking for my family of four anymore! Thank you FED!

This review is long overdue. Been ordering for more than a year and the value this company delivers to my life is immeasurable. Anytime I take a break I miss them. I appreciate most their customer service. They are super responsive, welcomes and respects feedback, and have helped me problem solve every time to reroute delivery addresses or times. Not every meal is a 5 star and some of them need a little cheffing up which is fine when you have access to a kitchen throughout your day. But overall majority of the meals are delicious and perfectly portioned. The recipes are thoughtful and the accompanying sauces and sides elevate the dishes nicely. Thank you so much Fed team 🫶 keep doing what you’re doing.
