I have been going here for the past few years and they used to mix the salad in a separate bowl and the bowl used to be filled with ingredients. Although it was expensive, it was justifiable. Now to reduce time they mix in the bowl so now we are getting easily 25 percent less greens. I tried to understand from a business standpoint but the amount of greens is getting less and less, it’s now unacceptable. It should not take 3 mins to finish a salad!! It used to take me 15-20 mins at least to finish this salad. Picture posted is an untouched photo.

Sorry to see this place has really gone down hill. Use to love it but this is the saddest looking $17.50 salad ever… 3 cherry tomatoes and a few cubes of cucumber, really guys?

I LOVE this Field and Social location. The interior feels like it was curated by Wes Anderson. The staff is extremely pleasant and attentive. Johanna and Nav do a great job running the place, the kitchen staff always have the food items prepped, and the line staff are always on point ? I really enjoy coming in to have a salad and do some work. All of the salad options can be made vegan/vegetarian - I especially love the avo Cobb with tempeh. The space is air conditioned which comes in SO handy in the summer, the music always leaves me with more energy than I came in with, and the location is fabulous if you wanted to walk around the downtown area or even stop by the waterfront after. Come for the delicious food, stay for the vibiest vibes

Best salads in Vancouver. I eat here at least once a week, and sometimes twice, to get my salad fix. Avo Crunch is absolutely awesome, and add a Ramen egg for extra extra.

Salads (can customize for dietary requests and level of dressing) with choice of protein for around $15! Perfect takeout or dine-in.

This is the worst field and social I’ve ever been to. They never mix the salads properly and today I found a piece of chicken bone in my salad!! They so busy during lunch that their quality has suffered significantly. I expected higher standards from them

Was excited when the location first opened downtown. I have frequented the place (as it is easy for lunch) over the years, but in the past while, I have seen the quality decrease (and prices increase). I often pre-order my meals, but lately there are always mistakes.I like to do add-ons as I usually want a bit extra. I ordered the chickpea salad, one I often get. I added in cucumber and chicken to the order. In the salad, they forgot the pita chips, got the tiniest dollop of hummus, I got the equivalent of 3 grape tomatoes, and there was barely any feta or arugula included. All ingredients which are to be included in the salad. It's been a few times I have let mistakes happen, some I go back and have corrected, but my most recent salad was just so...sad. I spent $26, which I gulped. And that price, embarrassingly, isn't rare for me to spend (after extras are put on).I keep going back as I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I think it's time to spend my money more wisely.

Love this food, so healthy and fresh made to order. Best $20 spent in Yaletown

The salads are a bit pricey and a little better than a store bought salad, I ordered takeout so maybe the experience wasn’t as good.
