Edit: Thanks for the snarky response! A few things. I did not say the coconut chicken was ever warm, just that it was a stark contrast between my prior experience. I'm sorry if you took it as me implying it used to be hot.
Second, I guarantee you that the menu hanging did not have "dates" in it. Your other menus around may have had it, but not the one hanging. See the new image I uploaded. Granted, that was 2 years ago, but I am 100% sure it was not on the hanging sign above your workers head because I hate dates. Maybe you should get your menus consistent before telling me to get my facts straight 😅
Also, you literally got a review 4 months ago about the ice cold chicken, so I'm not the only one.
Lastly, even if the yam and coconut chicken was never warm, I stand by my feedback that it was unappealing and not tasty. No one cares if you say it's delicious, that's up to reviewers to decide if it's delicious or not. Have a nice day!
I remember eating at FS a couple years ago in Yaletown. For those that don’t know, they had warm chicken that they’d pull from a pot onto your salad (they would still measure the weight). The ingredients were so fresh and delicious.
So imagine my surprise when I ordered it again recently and got a heaping of yam sludge and ice cold coconut chicken that was not appealing at all.
Also, I got dates in mine despite the menu not mentioning anything about dates in this bowl. Was not appealing or particularly tasty, threw it out after I ate half the bowl.

Efficient and healthy lunch option! Staff are all pleasant and quick with putting salad bowls together. Nice selection of vegan / vegetarian varieties. Good for busy office people
